From my initial walk-through estimate with Annie who gave me peace of mind and the calming assurance that they would help me get through a very stressful move, to the angels who helped me finish packing, to the five amazingly wonderful guys who had such a wonderful attitude that I was able to focus on some last minute nightmares associated with my moving into a new home. They were professional, on-time, finished under the estimate of time needed, took extra care of my items, friendly, cheerful, and any other positive word you can think of. Amazing!!! We recently replaced the carpet in our house. MovHer was flexible to our schedule needs and rescheduling needs. They were Excellent, efficient, smart, thorough and friendly. Very customer orientated and easy to do business with. My furniture and walls were completely safe from marks and nicks. We needed movers just to load our moving truck, so I called Movher and am super glad I did! Best money I've ever spent, on anything, ever. MovHer totally put up with me changing my mind about details and being an overall hot mess of stress over the move. Moving is traumatic! They made it possible, I literally could not have done it without them. Heather was my estimator and she was professional, honest and patient- and for the record explained the insurance policy for damage very thoroughly. Reggie was my lead mover with Eric and Wade and I absolutely loved these guys. I was hung over from the Zags game and they put up with me and my disorganization with smiles and endless helpfulness. They were super contentious with my stuff, friendly and more emotional support than they realize lol. Like I said, moving is HARD! Get MovHer, make it not as hard!! We just moved to Spokane from Maui, Hawaii. We brought a 45' container containing my mom's home and our home filled with mostly 100 year old antiques. Movhers first moved my mom into her new retirement home and did a fabulous job. Then two weeks later we closed on our new home and hired them again to move us in. Jacob and his crew are professional, efficient and fast, caring towards our old antiques, and very careful with our new dream home. They protected our carpet and wall corners before starting, and were so careful. Justyn bid both jobs to a few minutes too. This company moved my 76 year old mom's 3 bedroom household items one year ago. We packed the boxes (which saved $), but they moved them and all the furniture. The entire staff was professional, kind, and efficient...from the gentleman who assessed and wrote up the quote, to the 6 guys that showed up on the day of the move. Most impressive was their attitude towards my mom and her belongings...they treated her as if she were there grandmother and each item was as precious to them as they were to her. They blanketed and plastic wrapped every piece of furniture...and there was a lot of wood furniture. Nothing damaged and they unloaded and set up furniture where she pointed in her new home (even putting beds together so we simply had to add sheets that night). Movher helped me move 5 years ago, then my family more recently! Great guys both times! They even let my son help them with stuff which made him so happy! Other than a couple busted totes from too much weight on top of them, everything was fantastic! They helped with our washer and dryer, and even disassembled and reassembled our big fancy futon! My first impression of the bidder was great, she was knowledgeable and answered our questions thoroughly. The crew showed up on time and rocked it from start to finish. They asked and answered, took instruction well, and didn't hesitate to go beyond( removing doors and lights, and returning them to original).
