Morris Invest

Hello my name is Carlos Huerta.
I was searching for Real Estate Delegated Investment opportunities when I came across Morris Invest on YouTube. His product seems to be exactly what I was looking for. All the work was delegated from the day after I purchase one of Morris' Investment Homes. From the Home Rehab and hiring a property management company to rent and management of the home. All I do as a real estate investor is wait for my paychecks that should be producing approximately 10% - 12% net annual rate of return.
I'm about 40 days into the process and here is my experience so far.
Customer service is very good. I was assigned James from Morris Invest team to help me find a property that fit my criteria and my budget. James did a great job in listening to what I wanted and was constantly sending me homes that met my criteria.
James works very hard, I say this because some days I received emails from him at 9am and other days we were emails back and forth at 2am.
One thing to note is that these investment properties went FAST. On 4 different days, I made Investment property offers within 3 hours of receiving James investment property emails and some other investor had already taken the property.
The one Investment home I did purchase, I made the offer within 30 minutes. (Maybe there is a better way to simplify this for the average investor?)

I was satisfied with the Total investment property price $49,003.
Insurance for home was easy

Now I'm just waiting for a mid rehab update and for the home to get finished and rented. And for Morris Invest to Deliver on his promise of 10% -12% Net Annual Rate of Return.
