Here is the real deal... I owe all of the credit to Clayton Morris for allowing 2018 to be the year that I finally took a step into creating wealth. After listening to him daily for a few months at the beginning of last year, I took the plunge and bought my first rental through him. Since then, in the same year, I used the tools and creative leverage that I learned through Clayton and other mentors and have purchased 15 total doors generating over 7K monthly in gross rental income. Clayton, thank you for doing what you do and being such an advocate for those building wealth as buy and hold investors.
I want to share with everyone that Clayton himself showed me his true colors during a private one on one call in 2018. After purchasing the one house with him, he did something that he didn't have to do. He always expresses that the purchase of a house through MORRIS INVEST would allow the investor to have a decent comfortable standard home for their renters. A new ROOF is NOT guaranteed and after him even doing an inspection on the house. He noticed that I would have spent some money in the near future on that roof, so he decided to have his company pay for a brand new roof simply due to him being a decent businessman and person!
Not many people in this businesss can be trusted. You'll come across a few people (contractors/inspectors/investors) that may take advantage of you. Clayton is a true gentleman and honest businessman. He and his wife deserve all of the success and wealth that are coming to them.
