Mopit

Today I bought my second Mopit machine. I got my first machine just over a year ago. I offer this machine to my group of cleaners who do the Day Porter services in offices and Food Court . Especially now in winter, it becomes much easier, faster and less effort using aMopit instead of the traditional mop to clean floors and extract salt from floors. Easy to operate and easy to do any necessary maintenance. It doesn't break easily and the rubber on the squeegee really lasts. Things you don't like about the machine but would never influence me from buy others Mopit in the future. The machine is light but not easy to load using a short ramp because of the pedal that lower/raise the squeegee; It doesn't clean backwards, only forwards; the handle bar mounts is difficult for me when carrying the machine for transport. Always get lose with me when loading the machine. Maybe I'm not...

We have been using Mopit for about 3.5 years now and we absolutely love it! It's designed very well - easy to clean and maintain! When we do run into minor issues, their customer service is always around to help. Service and part availability is phenomenal!

Customer service is amazing !!!! I work the machine very hard and every time I have an issue the technical team is always extremely easy to get a hold of as well quick to fix the problem for you. Would highly recommend.

We purchased a Mop it 3 ..A few years ago and have loved it ever since, we have a machine shop with Painted floors and the shop always looks beautiful which always helps when your customers come in your floors are clean..one thing about our mop it 3 is that it's small enough to fit in between all of the machines and can pretty much get anywhere in the building that we need to.. Plus their customer service is impeccable....

The Mopit 5 is amazing. It works just as advertised and I highly recommend to anyone in the retail and/or food service industry. Super easy to use for your team and INCREDIBLE service after the sale.

The Mopit 5 does exactly what I had hoped-for. The first time I ran it over, what I thought was a clean floor of our wedding venue, you could see the difference. A contant supply of (clean) cleaning solution instead of mop and bucket is a huge advantage. Not only does this save time and effort, I also know my floors are squeaky clean. Customer service is top notch, they are quick to address my needs and then they put in a little extra. I highly recommend Spectrum Industrial Products.

We get our Mopit’s and Mopit supplies from Spectrum and have always been satisfied with how quickly they get supplies to us and how helpful the staff is when we have any mechanical issues.

I saw a Mopit at IFA. It occurred to me that it would be just the thing I needed to clean the Barn floor. I bought a used/refurbished Mopit, they delivered it to me, and showed me how to use it. The Youtube tutorials are very helpful for review and maintenance. I am very sensitive to the dust that sweeping stirs up, so the Mopit is perfect for me. 😊

Fantastic support! We had issues with our machine that we couldn't resolve with YouTube. Jeff was able to help us resolve the issues very simply in approximately 5 minutes. We love our MopIt and our MopIt support!!

Jeff was very professional, he listened to my issues and provided the necessary solutions to remedy those issues. Jeff is a great asset to Mopit.

The Mopit product is an excellent solution to the time consuming and labor intensive mop and bucket.

To Mopit you guys have a great amazing product. The ease-of-use and just the way it's constructed over all is so well thought out. It is so easy to fix it's convenient and it keeps our floors absolutely spotless, working as a maintenance manager for two restaurants it is an absolute time and Lifesaver it cleans spills like nothing and it cleans floors better than any mop ever will. IT literally takes the place of three of my employees and you guys have thought this out again so well if you guys made any other product hands down without a question we would buy it. I cannot recommend MOPIT enough. It is such an amazing machine to have you guys are awesome. Thank You

Our veterinary clinic bought a used Mopit 3 about three years ago. After much use we started having problems with getting enough suction. A call to Mipit put me in touch with their technical services. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The technician was helpful in every way even though I was fixing the unit myself. He walked me through the process and we narrowed down the problem to a old motor that was rusting. This is the kind of thing expected on an older unit. He got the part shipped promptly and after a little error on my part we are up and running again.
The experience was first rate and dealing with nice and professional people.

This company is legit! The Mop-it floor cleaner is simple and easy to use plus easy to maintain. I do our maintenance on their equipment for our stores and if I need any tech help they are on top of it. Parts are sent out same day, if I haven’t missed shipping time. Super helpful on any questions with products, chemicals, & issues with the mop-it.

Our stores love the Mop-it! We are a convenient store company. Lots of foot traffic, drink spills and messes. Super easy for staff to use and a time saver. Plus, our staff isn’t mopping over the floors with the same dirty water or spreading sticky sugary drink spill with a stick mop. One company that has always been great at their service and friendly. 5 stars from this maintenance guy.

We just got a remodel and our floors simply never looked clean...until we got our Mopit! It works great on these grey floors. They track everything on them but one time around with the Mopit and it looks amazing!!

The Mop It machine is a very good machine I use it at my Animal Hospital every day and it gets all of the crap off the floor and it makes it look beautiful and shiny it’s very easy to use it’s very easy to change out parts it’s just all around a very good machine

Been a lease customer for nearly 5 years now. I have been using the Mopit for my restaurant. We have leased the mopit 3, 4, and now the 5. They keep getting designed better and better. They work great and can really take a beating. My team loves using it. Also, any issue we have ever had is handled quick and easily with their customer service team. Cannot say enough great things.

Whenever I call for help - I get it. This may sound dumb but you can almost hear the smile on the other end. Great team Five stars all the way. That's for being there.

I've had experiences with the Mop-it system for a lot of years and they've made some great improvements over that time. They have excellent customer service support and they stand by their quality.
