Our business, Twin Cities Veterinary Clinic in Soldotna, Alaska, has been a long-time client of Mopit. We love our Mopit 5 machine. It cleans the floors of our 2,000 sq. ft. professional medical facility with ease, which our hard-working staff greatly appreciates. Our clinic has a combination of tile and epoxy flooring. With proper care and maintenance of the Mopit, such as replacing the parts when recommended per the manufacturer, it could last a lifetime. On top of a great floor cleaning machine, the customer care team at Mopit is the best feature of it all! The customer service representatives are always kind, informative, and the replies are super fast. The YouTube videos they make for troubleshooting, maintaining, and using the machine have been extremely helpful. We recommend Mopit to everyone we know. Not only is the mopit amazing, the customer service is too. I highly recommend rental because parts are so easy to update when needed and you just pay shipping. I use the mid for about 4,000 sq ft and it works well cleaning daily for over the past year. This is the 3rd floor scrubber rental company I tried and they are above and beyond the best for price and reliability of the machines.

Great product and great support. We own/use Mopit Max for each of our facilities. Every time I have had a question or issue the support is quick to respond and waste no time diving in to find a resolution. I highly recommend the Mopit company and would purchase again.

I almost never leave reviews, but the Mopit has genuinely transformed the way we clean our home. We have a large house (over 10,000 sq ft), and keeping the floors spotless used to be a daily struggle… until this machine showed up. It vacuums and mops at the same time, and it even gets down into the grout — something no other floor cleaner we’ve owned has been able to do consistently.
We use it every single day, and it has cut our cleaning time down dramatically. The floors look professionally cleaned with almost no effort.
We did have one small issue during setup, and I have to say: the customer service was incredible. We spoke with an actual human being who was kind, patient, and solved the problem immediately. That alone sold me on the company.

Fast shipping amazing machine love it

Love my Mopit mid. I use it for my auto repair shop that has a tile floor. The old way was power washing and it made a huge water mess and took forever. Now we lay down degreaser use brushes to break up the grime and finish it off with the mid. Game changer tool!!

Love it. You can tell they really think thru the ease of use. Its easy to fill, easy to run and easy to empty/clean. The pre-packaged cleaners make a huge difference - anyone can quickly run the unit without more than 2 min of training.

A few things:

1. I ordered a referb and it seems to streak from teh get go (I assume you replace the squeegie on these)
2. How many SQ FT before I need to replace the squeegie?
3. It seems to make a whilstling sound that wasn't there before - is this normal?
4. What speed should I walk? I motor around like a crackhead, so its hard to move slowly.

very easy to deal with customer service was fantastic, only have used the machine twice but it worked pretty awesome . i should have brought the bigger one but the off set on the mini gets into tight places i would recomend to any one

We purchased a mini and mid for our janitorial business. By far the best addition to our company. We took over a warehouse janitorial service that had 2 previous companies that failed with 3x the staff. Seriously the Mopit equipment has saved us that much labor for the administrative offices and bathrooms, so we can focus on the remaining 375,000 sqft of floor with a larger riding scrubber. Which means a huge profit.

We are now using the Mopit units on construction cleaning contracts. We sweep up the big dirt, and come in behind with the mopit a few times. And the floors are done and ready for the flooring sub-contractor to do their thing. Then we come back to clean tile work. Bam done with 1/3 the labor.

We were very pleased to the fast response when we ordered the tune up kit. Everything needed to tune up our machine was in the kitchen. We had the old style wheels on our machine. In the kit was the new style wheel replacement. My only complaint isn't the fault of MOPIT. That complaint is about the cost of shipping. There was a $2.75 part that for us to order was going to cost $29 to ship. I did reach out to MOPIT about the cost of shipping. They called me and explained to me why the cost. They did offer to give us 2 new squeezes for free if we still wanted the $2.75 part. If we used our machine more often we would have excepted the offer. I would recommend a new shipper or if possible smaller shipping package if possible to lower the shipping cost. I would have to pass on parts that are small because of shipping cost. Example would be to order the fuse a MOPIT 5. I'M sure...

Great company , great customer service but i give 1 star only for great model mini .That model mini could be perfect if it did not have a ball inside that stops it working all times.i turn on and off the machine every 20 seconds. Sometimes i clean the mopit more than mopit cleans ground.i wish i could replace the mini with regular size which i still have one without any problem

Edit : A gentleman from the company called me the day after, he was so kind and helpfull.He offered me to trade in my model mini with model 5 for my convinence. Not about the product replacement only , mostly the behavior after a year , standing behind their product really impressed me.Thank you Mopit ❤️

This is the best thing we have purchased for our wedding venue. We have concrete floors and they have been a pain to try and keep clean. The Mopit is the best thing you can buy if you are a venue owner. We regret not buying it sooner, it will literally change your life!! We have the mini and it fits under the tables. BUY IT!

Amazing Customer Service!!! There is always someone there to help if I have any questions and the get things shipped out almost immediately. They make it easy to service the machines on your own, but are always availabel to help with any toubleshooting you may need. The machines are amazing and save so much time mopping. They have more than halved our mopping time.

This has been a great addition to my janitorial account for my cleaning business. I purchased the refurbished Mopit Mini and its cut my regular moping time in half if not more. I went for a refurbished model and you’d never be able to tell it looks like NEW. Had a small issue with my first one and they replaced the bottom portion of the machine no questions asked. Fast shipping and good people to work with on the phone. Definitely would purchase another as my business grows in the future. Greg

The Mopit works great for our laundromat, it's easy to use, clean and fill.

Our Mopit, which we named Molly has been amazing. I am convinced that Mopit somehow has a supply of dirt that is inside the machine to make the water look dirty every time we use it since there can't possibly be that much on our floor.

We have the Mid which most of the time can do our entire 11,000 sq ft building, although sometimes we do have to charge it a bit to finish if it is extremely dirty.

I've used it to clean up spills quickly as well. Works like a charm.

The Mopit has been incredible for our pottery studio. I would strongly recommend every pottery studio to get this machine. It will redefine what a clean studio floor can be. The drip water feature in front ensures that the dust on the floor gets wet first which prevents dust from being airborne during cleaning. It is awesome.

Best purchase I have made for my Laundromat. Huge difference on how wll the floors are maintained and cleaned. Wish I would have know about mopit 10 years ago. If you have a commercial business with hard floors buy one you will love it
