Nationwide Homeownera Insurance sent out Mooring when our hot water heater went out and damaged our master bedroom, middle bedroom and hallway as well as a closet when it went out on Sunday, 8-5-2018. Since Nationwide Insurance , who I had to call, could not be contacted until the following Mon, 8-6-2018, Mooring (Kyle Bedingdield & Mario Minuz) sent water extraction people out with 9 blowers and a vaporizer which ran for several days until they were picked up on F, 8-10-2018. In the midst of that Sears replaced the defective hot water heater on 8-9-2018.
Supervisor Todd and his crews came in and Carpet and it’s padding were replaced in both bedrooms as well as the baseboards.
By the time all the work was done and all contents of the rooms were removed to off-site storage. By Thur, Sept, 916-2018, I received a second reimbursement for the initial carpet blowers and for the plumber who had to be paid.
Today, it is Oct 15, 2018, and I received a call from Oscar with Nationwide Insurance for me to write and submit this review which you are now reading.
Ii have to say that Nationwide Insurance did an outstanding job in taking care of my wife and myself, On a scale of 1-10 where 10 is the best rating I can give, I would give Nationwide a 10.
For myself at the age of 75 and my wife at the age of 65, I would have to say this has been a very traumatic and trying experience. But, we are most thankful that Nationwide Insurance has been with us the entire time supporting us in every way and that we give Nationwide a perfect score of 10. We are thankful that Natonwide was with us through this trying and exhausting recovery process.
