Molly Monkey Furniture was helpful from the start. I called to place an order and Wendy was very kind and helpful. The beds arrived at the store on a Thursday and I had a delivery date of the next day. The two men who came assembled two beds in an hour, which would have taken me days. They were polite and efficient. The beds are solid, beautiful and loved by my kids.

Great experience with in store ordering with very friendly assistance. Easy delivery process however they did not take the furniture up the stairs to bedroom. The dresser came in one piece and was very heavy. We had to recruit friends to help move it upstairs.

The staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed it, and gave us space when we just needed time to ourselves. Overall the process was smooth, with strong communication throughout. When we had to unexpectedly delay delivery they were accommodating. The eventual delivery and assembly experience was as expected.
