I first contacted Adrian in August of 2016 as my fiancee and I were looking to buy a home. As first-time home buyers, we had many questions and truly had little knowledge on how to obtain a mortgage loan. From the start, Adrian was respectful, tentative, and I could tell just by speaking with him briefly over the phone, he was extremely knowledgeable and had a great attitude! In the spring of 2017, my fiancee and I decided we were finally ready to make the "plunge" and began viewing homes. Adrian crunched our numbers, presented us with several loan options and by providing us with wonderful advice, information and insight to each option, assisted us in making the best decision for our financial situation! Adrian was extremely respectful, laid back and easy to work with through the whole process, never pushing us to make a decision without thoroughly explaining the details! Once we had an accepted offer, Adrian worked fast to make sure we had all our ducks in a row and remained in close contact with our realtor as well as the lender to make sure things went smooth! Due to the hard work of Adrian and our realtor, we were able to clear all contingencies, obtain a loan and close escrow under 30 days without issue! Adrian was a pleasure to work with and was always there if we had questions or needed clarification on something!
