I've just finish day 1 of 2 in SpringBoard to Creating your Miracle workshop.
I felt energy low , worried and in my mind was about my job apprasiel comments reflection of what my superior and my boss comments this morning...
I've never felt so troubled and affected by what others have said in my appraisal review until that moment. And till today, I'm still bored by it because of a job that I'm in for many years.
I wondered is that how Corporate environment , its culture and the management behaviour should be like when giving feedback to others especially job matters, performance, appraisal etc? If the corporate environment with such management and toxic people then it serve no purpose and has no benefit for me after working for such organisation as a loyal worker for many years. And I just felt the era has changed with only your KPI, your performance with no backlog and no mistakes will be considered as a good worker. With such criterias, I'm sure other people may be also judged in such rules too I guess...
This is my reflection exercise today in POA (PROCESS OF AWARENESS) as I identify a moment that I was impacted and I want to change my reality in order to improve myself for the better future. Imagine how my this pain, this suffering will impact me, people around me and my future through stretching it even longer through the years in such environment. The feeling of frustration, the feeling of anger and the feeling of vengence for fairness comes to my mind, yet I have to think of a turn around situation to focus on positive outcome to achieve my higher self, my ultimate level of awareness in my experience, my ability and my strength to create a better outcome with a positve outcome. I believe in full circle of life - "How you do onto others, is how you want others to do the same to you in return." and "How you treat others will be how life will treat you back in return". This is the law of repository...
With the powerful POA short exercise experienced today, brings me a level up thoughts of whats possible and not feeling trap and stuck at the situation that we cant change until we discover the how to method with the workshop Ive attended for this 2 days.
This is just one tool that I've experienced today and I beleve there will be more tomorrow...
And this tool has more usage of application than just how I feel today. Especially, in today's job landscape, how many friends out there has a similar experience like me that really needs an urgent answer or a quick method to elevate your state of mind thinking, your consciousness and your ability and courage to move forward in life positvely with your head raised up as you changed your mindset with a solution, positive energy and courage to step up and move forward to recreate your attraction for your next job opportunity?
Life can only be better if we are better, healthy in our mind, body and spirit and be ready to attract more great things in our lives with positive energy radiated through us.
