My experience with Miranda and MiracleLife training has always been positive and empowering. I think it’s because Miranda really loves what she does, and she really loves people and wants to add value to us. As a participant, I can feel this.

At the latest CYM Virtual Training I attended, there’s a few great learning & takeaways for me. One of the biggest is a reminder to give and practice giving Acts of Love. I feel a lot of the root cause of my problems stems from feelings of self doubts - am I good enough? Can I succeed? Self worth - am I lovable? Worth to be loved?

One of the tools I took away from the training is to do daily Acts of Love. After the training, I decided to send Love to my Dad daily. He has dementia and I’m at a loss on how to be with him. By giving him loving and healing energy everyday, I know that he can feel it. I see him being a bit more active and responsive to me (whilst before he wasn’t). By doing an Act of Love or kindness daily to others, I’m also reminded about the powerful healing energy of love and I remember to love and be compassionate with myself too. By loving & being compassionate with myself, I lessen feelings of anger, guilt and blaming myself. And I know this will lead me to living my life holistically and healthily. It is a powerful start, don’t you agree?😁
