Before the coaching session, I was feeling frustration, and sometimes angry about why there’s so much negativity or toxicity on someone else’s mind? I couldn’t understand or accept them as they are.

During the process that Miranda did, I realised I have been suppressing myself from feeling fears and sadness during childhood. That I have been controlling myself to feel a certain way, mostly not allowing myself to face fears, sadness and worries that I started projecting onto others. I didn’t like or allow others to talk and feel a certain way which I deem as negative/toxic when they have every right to feel that way.

I also realised maybe what I can practise is to choose to not be affected or empathise or exercise compassion towards their fears/worries/sadness or disappointment. However to have consciousness not to channel too much energy into giving attention and energy to those things that maybe disempowering / draining me and not helping me.

After the process which help me gain awareness and release those toxicity within my mind and emotions. I’m now feeling Love, Empowerment, trust, gratitude and peace. Thank you for the process Miranda. Thank you all angels and Miracle life.
