I VE DONE KNEE DECOMPRESSION quite a few times & I feel really good when I'm done, my knees sesm to bend alot easier also. I highly recommend this method.

Came in because my neck back and right knee have been bothering me for years. After only a couple weeks I have better range of motion and my back and knees don’t hurt as often and if they do hurt the pain is less then it was before. Everyone I work with is super friendly and helpful with the exercises I do, explaining why I do them and how they will help me.

The staff at MN Regenerative Institute have been fantastic. They have made a plan that works with my VA Health coverage and elective services. Jenna is wonderful. I enjoy the stretches she and Roland have me do both here and at home. Dr. Aaron listens to me and personalized the chiropractic adjustments to meet my individual needs. In the past few weeks, I have all ready noticed a big difference. I have less pain and therefore need fewer medications. I appreciate everyone calling me by my name. I am grateful for the person centered care. The decompression is my favorite. This has allowed me to get down on the ground with my grandkids and go on longer walks. I can't wait to see how I'll feel in a month or two.

I have been in chiropractic care since my 20’s and no place has helped me like the staff and Dr.s here have. I came in with debilitating pain in my hip and lower back. I had shooting nerve pain going down my left leg which kept me crunched over while I sat and while I walked. I could not straighten up. I could not walk very far as the nerve pain was so bad. I am now 4 weeks in to my treatment plan which consists of adjustments, physical therapy to strengthen my muscles around my core, hip and spine and finishing with a decompression table as well. Both the therapy and the decompression desk have been the key in what I believe, will get me to returning to an active body and recovery. The Dr.s and staff are extremely helpful, supportive and caring. I would urge anyone to stop in and see if they can do something for you as well.
