I first came because of my neck pain that I dealt with for over 10 years due to a car accident. It came to a point where I could barley turn my head to look over my shoulder. The adjustments helped a lot but what I say saved my neck was the rehab part. After a few weeks I began to notice my headaches were gone, I was able to see my surroundings without pain and could actually say I was pain free. The rehab program does last a while but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I also did the weight loss program to learn more about my body type. I was at my heaviest when i decided to ask for help, I had tried everything. Keto, pills, diets, you name it. It is a dedication but you learn how to properly fuel your body. I slowly became less fatigued, had more energy. Overall felt better, it even began to improve my mental health. I have recommended a few people here and they have thanked me numerous times. I feel like I am part of a family, they pay attention to every detail and take the time to listen and find a life lasting solution instead of a quick fix! I am greatful for choosing Minnesota regenerative as my place to become a healthier me! Without them I would still be in terrible pain!
