His guys were reasonable and did fantastic jobs. He told me what to do to get top price and even had a professional photographer and a cleaning company come in to help make the house beautiful for buyers. The photographer and cleaning crew was a wonderful perk and no cost to me. Michael never left me hanging and was prompt with all call backs and replies to texts and emails. Wow...what can I say. From the first day meeting Mike to the wrap up and close off the sale. Words just are not enough. I felt very comfortable talking with him, he gave great advise but always left the decision up to us. Going into the sale of the estate was nerve racking but Mike made a fast and smooth transaction. We got more for the house than we listed at and closed less than 30 days from start to finish (even with probate matters and rules). Upon our first meeting at my mom's home, I knew that the selling process was going to be in good hands. You were very informative on the value of the house, other sales in the neighborhood, and what the asking price should be. All of these turned out to be spot on. When a problem arose, you were there to assist me in the decision making, and we moved forward with a plan. Any of the repairs that were needed, you had a great contact to use.
