She agreed that the one visa that we were considering would absolutely be an option (187 Regional Employer Nomination) and she explained to us (and my husbands sponsor) what we needed to demonstrate to show that we were eligible. She had meetings with the sponsoring employer, ensuring that they were doing everything required to be accepted as a sponsor, and she continuously advised ourselves so that we were also doing everything necessary as applicants.
Our case was time sensitive due to new visa changes coming in to effect, so we had to ensure that everything was in order and submitted within a few short weeks. What seemed impossible became possible. The visa application was submitted within the timeframe, with all the required documents.
We had further issues when Immigration wanted further documents from us that seemed impossible to obtain. Ratna guided the way for us during this, and even managed to persuade immigration that some of the documents that they were asking for were just not possible to obtain.
Our visa came through in less than 9 months - a visa that is stated on the immigration website to take 14-15 months!
