Business owner came for initial inspection, and explained plan of repair to correct roof leaks. Work was done on time, and additional corrective work was done at minimal extra cost.

Overall, my experience with Midshore Exteriors replacement of my roof was excellent. They provided detail brochures describing my roofing options and the component parts of the installation saving many unnecessary questions. The actual work followed the described work exactly. The employees were courteous and appeared to care about providing a quality product. Finally, the price was very reasonable. While I do not expect to have this roof replaced during the next 50 years, I would certainly use Midshore Exteriors again if the need were to arise.

I have called Mid-Shore Exteriors on two different occasions in the past three years, both dealing with water leaks at sky lights/tunnels. Both times my calls were quickly returned by Sarah or Brian and they had someone at my house within a day or two. Their response to phone calls and actually getting the job done is to be commended. Our job was completed in a day, and with the exception of a great looking new roof you would have never known they had been there. Everything from the estimate for the roof replacement, going through our insurance company to getting a permit from the town to get the work done, Sarah was there for everything! Replaced my roof in November 2014 for the lowest cost of any contractor we spoke to. Roof looks great, and we have not experienced any issues until a few days ago when a small amount of water started dripping through a hole in our bedroom ceiling holding up a light fixture. I called them on a Sunday, and they called me back on Monday to set something up, but I missed their call and forgot to call them back, and rather than brushing it off they actually sent someone to my house to set up a time the next day to come by. Contractor was here for several hours, but he fix the problem at no charge, and now a few days later we just had a torrential downpour and everything is bone dry!

Brian was on time and answered and explained questions I had. The guys did a great job tearing off, replacing damaged wood and putting on the new roof and cleanup!! Other than new shingles you wouldn't know they had even been here!! Awesome job guys!!!
