I had a very positive experience with Mid-Shore Exteriors. Brian did a great job explaining to me the condition of my roof and provided a thorough explanation of what needed to be done. Julie was great to work with, she was very knowledgable and helpful with the whole process. She made the process very easy. Mid-Shore Exteriors delivered on everything that they promised and it was a positive experience from start to finish!

They did a great job. Professional and timely. When they were done all that was left was the repair, everything else was removed. I would definitely use them again.

We loved the work but we were not happy with the cleanup. We have horses that from time to time are allowed freedom to roam the property. We emphasized our concern for nail and staple cleanup. Mid-Shore represented their concern for cleanup and showed pictures of how they control fugitive nail loss. At the start of the job all looked as represented but as the day wore on deployment of the tarps and other ways of containing nail loss got sloppy. Mid-Shore did a magnetic sweep of the area at cleanup. The next day we did our own nail sweep using a borrowed magnet on wheels. We picked up a load of nails and since then during spring cleanup we collected an equal amount. Several portions off nail belts were also collected. So, we are satisfied but allowing the horses free range has to be closely supervised and limited for some time.

Work was professionally done at timely time frame. I would give final clean-up process 8 out 10. I would recommend some sort of rubber pad on the support arms on the equipment used to dump roofing materials into dump truck, as it left some marks on blacktop driveway. Just a comment to make the good quality work a little better.

Fantastic customer service, great crew, very tidy and a locally owned business! Will definitely be using their services in the future. Highly recommend.
