Excellent communication skills with everyone involved; buyers, buyers agents and title companies making my job so much easier and the top reason they make it fun.

Jill Dobb was on it from the day one meeting. She was responsive and professional, there when I needed her. She explained things, sometimes repeatedly, in terms I understood. She made this unfun and difficult process enjoyable. She respected my journey.

They were very fast and consistent in communication. David even worked on our pre approval on a Saturday so we could put in an immediate offer. That was great. And Rob met us at closing and walked us through the post-purchase process. They helped make the experience smooth and quick.

As always my "GO" to mortgage/ lender when it has to be done right, on time, and within the budget. These are the best people out there.. They know what to do everytime . Stress free, and always with incredible respect and communication
