Amazing people! The guy who first came in sales was so nice, and no pressure! The scheduling was awesome! The two installers were some of the most professional and kind men. They asked my opinion on placement multiple times, they put down drop clothes, and actually swept, vacuumed, and cleaned the entire area they worked. They also had to work with me and my five kids in the house! I literally can't say enough about the work ethic of these people! And the most important part, the bathroom looked wonderful! I highly recommend this place!

Had a small bathroom completely redone. Scheduler was responsive and once we had a firm date there were no changes from Michael’s. Installers were professional, communicative, and tidy. Job was estimated at five days and they were easily done in four. Very happy with the outcome!

The two installers, Mike and Kyle, were so patient and nice and gave detailed instructions and explained each step as the installation went on. We even had a damaged main waterline due to age (NOTHING to do with the install) and Michael’s replaced it for free!! I would highly recommend Michael’s for any job, they did excellent work and have high customer service.

Michaels Baths was extremely professional and communicative in the process of our partial bathroom remodel. We had a new shower installed, flooring put down and the tub fixtures replaced. The project took 5 days. Mark, our installer, was timely, friendly and did excellent work. We liked the final outcome which was a vast improvement on our old bathroom. We were kept apprised of all phases of the remodel (choosing where to install the shower shelves, height of the shower head, etc). I would highly recommend them if you want hassle free service with no surprise cost adjustments and reliable workers who give you what you ask for.

Friendly and courteous from the estimator to the scheduler to the installers. Great work too!

I cannot say enough about this company. Play word professionals play the tension to every detail. And they did a great job.
They went out of their way to double check with me on details. In case I change my mind. They came promptly on time and completed the job done in 1 day. They made sure to clean up all their mess and did a final walk through. You don't find that kind of service Anymore.
They went through everything including cleaning and upkeep. I was very impressed.
