I love coming to the MiBella Wellness Center. It was my second visit and just as expected, the staff was very friendly and professional with me. They were also very kind and helpful as well. To begin with Dr Cowan is great, the new facility is large and comfortable and I think it will be great for her business. The staff that I spoke to on Saturday was professional and polite and I especially enjoyed meeting Leisha the LNP who works with Dr Cowan.
However, my appointment was at 12:00 and I wasn’t seen until 1:30 and the facility was all but empty, this was not a busy day. Also, while I liked the LNP a lot and she did a great job, I wasn’t told that I wouldn’t be seeing Dr Cowan until the nurse practitioner walked into the room and introduced herself. Always a friendly face when you walk-in. Extremely nice staff on a mission to help and prescribe just what you need whether it is for hormones, birth control, or weight loss. You might have a bit of a wait, but it is always worth it. Read more >
