Ken came in diagnosed the problem and then committed to having it fixed today. When a 1 hp disposal was not available he made a recommendation for moving forward that was acceptable. Shared a couple of pointers with me in case of future problems. Nice guy too!!!

I had a leak in my bathtub that was found by seeing water on my ceiling. I luckily had a homeowner's warranty that covered this issue. I was skeptical when the warranty company chose Melton Plumbing based on the user ratings I saw online. My experience with the plumber far exceeded my expectations. They were able to get out the next day, on time, and diagnose the leak quickly and make the fix. The plumber was very attentive, answered all my questions and walk me though the process to assure the fix was done correctly and what to do if there was ever another problem in the future. Just shows you not to trust every review without giving the company a chance. I was very pleased with the work and the friendliness and knowledge of the staff.

Love Brian (sorry if that is spelt wrong!). He is communicative and up front with us. He fights for us with our home warranty company, which I can't say how much I appreciate enough (First American Home Warranty is horrendous), and he is very flexible and courteous of our time. We plan to go directly through him instead of using our terrible home warranty company anymore. All future calls will be made with Melton.

I had 2 guys over within 2 hours of my call. They performed tasks as stated and SWISH my drain is clean 🙂

Our home warranty service (AMS) assigned Melton Plumbing to address our failed water heater. They responded quickly, and even figured ways to expedite our filing process. We had some bad weather that delayed the replacement work but then they came late on a Friday to get the job done. Great work, great service.

Was very professional. Came on a Saturday to look it over they got with the warranty company did reschedule the install appointment but came out the very next day. Clean up their mess and left everything in working condition

I cannot say enough great things about Melton Plumbing!! I recently moved into my first home, and I quickly found that my second-floor bathtub was leaking through the ceiling of the room below it. Luckily, this was covered by the home warranty, and I was promptly contacted by Melton Plumbing. The woman I spoke with explained that they were booked a few days out, and I assured them it was no problem. Throughout the next few days, the company stayed in touch with me to let me know when they’d be coming out. The day of the appointment, I received multiple calls giving me more specific details. When the serviceman arrived, he was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He kept me in the loop on what was going on, and got the problem fixed in just over an hour!! The bathtub has been tested, and the ceiling is dry as a bone! Thank you Melton Plumbing!!!!

John had to check a toilet that started leaking again after a repair done in September. Through no fault of his own the wax ring he installed at that time failed. He was timely and professional as he went about his work. I would call Melton plumbing again for service.

Did well on the work assignment but, I've been trying to get a report from them about the plumbing behind the shower not being anchored, so far after several calls to the company I still have not gotten a response from the company on my request.

Awesome experience in a otherwise terrible day.. the dad and son were a blessing to me in that they didn't stop until everything was clean/ clear.. will recommend/ use them going forward. .thanks alot!!!

The 2-person crew that delivered the new dishwasher and performed the installation (Jasmine & Jeremiah, the "J Crew") did an excellent job. Jasmine - the lead plumber - called in advance to get photos of the undersink area (to make sure they had the right parts to avoid code violations), and Jeremiah brought in the new washer and removed the old one without touching anything. Considering the delivery contractor for Lowe's - CRST Home Solutions - couldn't get the delivery piece done in a timely manner, it was nice to see the install/removal portion of the transaction go so well. Having Melton do the install definitely made up for the shortcomings of CRST Home Solutions.

We used Melton through AHS and was very happy with their service. They replaced a broken disposal. There was an issue with the first install but they promptly came out the next business morning and fixed the issue. They were very prompt and the communication was as expected. No issues for us.

The technician Dewey came in took charge of the situation diagnosed and fixed the thermocouple to my hot water tank, it was a great service experience, very courteous and professional. If I have any plumbing needs in the future I will not hesitate to call Melton Plumbing.
