John plumbing tech came out & looked at 3 of my toilets I had on service order from my Home Warranty company. John was very nice & knowledgeable and answered all my questions and gave me future advice if I were to have any additional issues. Toilet is no longer leaking and 2 others have stopped running continuously with help of this tech :) What I appreciated most, was how I was informed on where I stood in line when there multiple job orders in one day so I could plan my time when I should leave work instead of being given a look a large window of time and just waiting. So that was extremely nice of John to keep me informed throughout the day as to how many jobs were ahead of mine down to last job so I knew I was next in line.
