Dryer vent cleaning

Matthew and Nick arrived ahead of schedule and did an excellent job cleaning our gutters. They were efficient and professional. Explained what they found and how they flushed gutters so they would work properly.

Noah did an Excellent job. He was running late to our appointment and called us ahead of time to let us know and then texted when he was on his way. When he got here, he was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to take care of our property. When he was done, he thoroughly went over everything with me and made sure we were satisfied with the job he had done. We will definitely have Noah come back for any future services. Highly recommend Megah Softwash. Their customer care is top-notch.

Rico performed a dryer vent cleaning, which is a new service from Megah. He was very professional and courteous. He and the service manager, whose name eludes me, worked together to troubleshoot a small problem and was able to complete the work in a timely fashion. I’m pleased as punch.

Terrico did a really good job cleaning our dryer vent. Now I can rest easy that the vent won’t be a worry for a while.

Happened to drive by a neighbor’s residence that was being cleaned one morning. After running my errands, I stopped and spoke with the homeowner and the crew. Took a pic of the side of the truck to get the company info and made a call. Jeff came the next day and provided me a detailed proposal and I selected the projects that were my highest priority. Team Megah met my expectations. In particular, I’ll call out Seth for tackling a very challenging and long overdue gutter clean out. He’s a perfectionist. At the debrief, I found out they also perform dryer vent cleaning, so I’ll get that scheduled.
