My Aunt Glenda has been customer of Megah wash since the beginning. She asked me to post since she is not good with technology. Megah wash has always done amazing work. We just had Jessie come out today. He was prompt, professional, and did a fantastic job. We will continue to refer Megah wash to our friends and family.

I received excellent service from both Lloyd and Jonathan the day my metal roof was soft washed! They were both very polite and professional throughout the process.
They showed up on time and took extra time to go over a couple stubborn areas on roof.

I have had my house pressure washed since 1992 and this experience with MEGAH is certainly the best we have experienced so far. This is the fourth year using Megah Wash and it will not be my last. We spoke with our Service Consultant (Ryan) and arranged for an estimate to have the exterior of our house cleaned up. After a review of our home, Ryan provided us estimates of the service options we could select from (no pressures). We chose the “Premium” option as it covered all the areas that we felt needed attention and cleaning. We contacted / scheduled the service and the communication they provided us on was fantastic (emails and text messages)! From start to finish, the experience was top notch. Began with good notification up front on a short delay from the originally scheduled time. Services performed were over and above our original expectations. The team worked extremely hard on our home which is difficult due to the darker paint colors and white trim, but it turned out great. My house looks cleaner than the day we bought it 5 years ago. I was given a thorough tour of my house upon completion, noting any issues such as the remnants of a few wasp nests that I didn’t even know were there. During our final walkthrough, William noted a couple of windows that had a few streaks, I didn’t notice, but he went back and made sure they were perfect too! My fence needed to be pressure washed in advance of being painted so I contacted MEGAH SoftWash. Ryan provided an estimate that was so reasonable, I decided to have my house soft washed too. All aspects of the project went well, from scheduling and communication to the completion of the work. Jessie arrived for this morning’s appointment on time, then reviewed in detail what they would be doing. Both Jessie and his co-worker Jonathan were friendly, professional, and responsive to my questions and requests. I’m very pleased with the results. My house is only 2 years old, but the improvement is noticeable.
