All 5 stars for us! Dimas was quick to reply to our text, asking for a quote to remove a large tree from our garden. He came out within a few hours, despite it being a weekend, and gave us a fair price. His guys arrived within a few days, and dropped the tree carefully, and safely- avoiding all our sheds and fences. They did such a great job, we wound up having Dimas and his crew come back out to take down a large stand of trees completely covered in poison & English ivy. He quoted us another reasonable price, and there were no hidden fees. His men were professional, safe, and (we thought!) brave, while taking down so many huge trees. They were methodical in their approach as to the order they cut the trees- carefully avoiding animal pens, sheds, fences, electric lines, and our house. Medrano's did a great job for me today removing hazardous trees and branches from my property. We first did a walk around of my property, highlighting potential issues with my many trees. Today, he and his team did a very professional job, not only removing trees when necessary, but also pruning tree branches overhanging my roof that could cause problems in the event of a storm. They were very professional and efficient, and they did a great job cleaning up after their work. I would highly recommend them!!

We were referred to Medrano's by family members, and Dimas promptly arrived at our convenience for an estimate of multiple tree removals on the border between our neighbor and us. He was able to schedule it for two days later, and I am very excited about the result. We have more light in our yard now. The actual removal began on time, and I could see immediately the teamwork between individuals who work together regularly. The job required the use of a crane, and the operation was amazingly smooth. We are very pleased, and I would absolutely call them again if I need any tree work.

I am SO IMPRESSED with the Medrano crew. They took down our tree with such care. It was situated in the middle of a happy stand of mountain laurel and had to be cut by a tree climbing sawyer and ground crew with ropes to strategically direct the cut pieces away from the laurel and into the road. Job well done!

WOW! This company is awesome. We decided to get quotes on a Sunday afternoon and sent out several requests. Dimas, the owner, called within 20 minutes and was at our door to give us an estimate about 20 minutes after that. His price was well within what we thought it would take to remove the tall dead trees. That same week on Friday they showed up at 8am and have been amazing to watch them as they work. No joking around, just business. I have other trees that will need to come down in the next couple of years and I will definitely call Dimas to schedule the work.

After an extremely heavy rain storm left my yard in shambles when multiple massive 115-foot pine trees crashed down in my brand new home backyard, sprawled across my fence (smashing it) , road, and backyard, I was completely panicking, But Dimas and his team swooped in like angels, bringing order to the chaos.

They worked for days taking down other half leaning huge pine trees and got rid of the unhealthy risky ones to help me stay safe

Excellent work! Very responsive to my request and after the consult, the crew was at my house the next day. They even neatly stacked the chopped wood so I can use it for my fire pit. Very satisfied and will use again in the future.

• Why the tress as a serious threat to our house and property
• His plan to remove the tree safely while protecting our septic system, sprinkler system roof and driveway
• Offered a reasonable price backed up certificates of liability and workman compensation insurance

On the day of the job, the Medrano’s team:
• Arrived early
• Spent the ample time at the beginning putting down thick plywood pieces and wood blocks of wood to protect our driveway and ground as it positioned the crane to transport tree sections from the back yard to its trucks.

I had several dead trees threatening my home, so I contacted Medrano's for a quote. They came out the same day and gave me a fair quote. Came back the next business day with a full crew and equipment to remove three trees, two very large and very close to the house. They were very professional and did a great job! Excellent clean-up and finished on time. I would definitely recommend Medrano's and i would hire them again.

The best. Absolute pros, fair prices, quality work done on time and quickly. I wouldn't even consider another tree company. They just came out again in record time to remove an enormous fallen tree I was sure would take all day: they were done in less than 3 hours and you can't tell the tree was ever there. The price, because they're so efficient, was super fair. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. You shouldn't even consider anybody else if you're in their area

I would highly recommend Medrano's Tree Services. Our wooded front yard in Chapel Hill had a very tall dead tree that already fell about 30 degrees and was held up by a neighboring tree branch. Had it fallen fully, it would have hit some power lines and then onto block a highly used road. Medrano's expertly removed this tree without any damage to power lines nor it falling onto the road.
They also amazingly removed 2 more very tall pine trees that were dangerously curving onto a main road without any damage to a nearby hedge or any portions falling on the road. Dimas and his crew did a fabulous job overall with their promptness, professionalism, and total clean up!
