AFC Urgent Care Torrance

This place is wonderful! I needed some fast and urgent care and this place was so great. They were very fast, efficient and super clean. The doctor and receptionist were both very kind and helpful. It’s not often you find a place like this, but man was I impressed by how much they just care. Thanks for making a difference!

AFC Urgent Care

My experience at this urgent care was very positive. I was greeted by name when I walked in the door. How amazing is that? There was hardly any wait time. I went here for a pre employment drug test. I booked my appointment online. Walk in was also available. The gentlemen at the front desk were professional, polite and pleasant. The drug test physician was awesome.

The overall experience was one of the best medical urgent care facilities in the South Bay.

Everyone was very nice.

Wait time was very short. Slow Sunday. I could complete registration paperwork in advance online which was pretty simple. Staff was all professional. Dr treated me like they were part of my team and I was allowed to ask questions and challenge the treatment commendation. I'm my limited experience I feel Drs are often annoyed when you question their plan. I'm from out of the area so the only problem I had was they couldn't confirm my insurance coverage so I had to submit it myself. But I will come again if I need urgent care in this area in the future

Nice facility. No waiting on a Sunday afternoon.

We were probably the last appointment of the day right before they closed. They were able to get a diagnosis for my daughter’s stomach pain so quickly. Every person on that staff who was working is kind, efficient, and extremely helpful. I’m so grateful this facility was open as late as it was and they were able to help us.

Made an 'appointment' online for my teen daughter. Just a note, it's not really an appointment, just puts you in line when you check in. You can complete the forms online to make the process faster, which is a plus. Staff that greeted us was very friendly.
We waited 10 minutes or so until we were brought back to have her vitals taken & given a room. Waited in the room about 20 minutes before seeing Jinah (I believe a physicians assistant). She does have a thick accent, but we were still able to understand her. She took the time to listen & speak to both my daughter & I. She recommended some onsite labs, which we agreed to. Jose came in to take the swab samples. He was so friendly & nice and helped put my daughter at ease. Took about 30 minutes of waiting for Jinah to come back with the results. She sent in 2 prescriptions to our pharmacy directly for us...

Urgent Cares are typically time consuming, but this Urgent Care was highly organized and expedient! The employees were all very nice and helpful.
