This was my second visit and I continue to be very happy with AFC. The staff is friendly and competent and doctors are excellent with good personalities. Very clean and efficient. Highly recommended.

I just moved here from Las Vegas and I had made the appointment the night before at 930 and when I got there they were able to take me in at 8am everything was pretty quickly from checking in to the medical assistant taking my vitals.

I registered myself and booked the appointment online on a weekend morning. The registration process was straightforward and quick. When I got to the center, I did not have any significant wait time and the checkin process was quick and easy as well. I was satisfied with the service I received a AFC. The initial weight & height check process was standard after which I was told I will be seen by the provider shortly and the provider was in & out pretty quick and addressed all my concerns. I was happy with the care I received but realized later, on seeing the prescription, that I was seen by a NP and not an MD. It would have been good to now that at the time of visit. The only suggestion I would have is for the RN, NP & doctors to introduce themselves when they walk in to see the patients. That would help. Overall, I’d recommend AFC to anyone looking for urgent , same day...

A smooth and relaxed experience!

Went there on a Sunday with a bad flu bug and they were accommodating, and easy! Such a great option for Pleasanton, and they take Kaiser insurance as well!

Did not get the proper diagnosis, but directed us to a specialist and got the proper diagnosis.

The staff were very polite and caring. I was in and out with a prescription within 25-30 minutes. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

The place is very clean and with full respect for health and the medical staff is conscientious, friendly and patient.

Automated process for registration was quick and easy. Wait time was minimal.

I had to come in to remove both fully embedded earrings, and get an x-ray done on my lower back and right shin. I ended up needing to get stitches in my left ear due to the nature of the piercing location. The AFC team worked with unbelievable efficiency and care to help resolve my troubles. Huge shout out to Bethel, Gabby, Richard and of course Doctor Craig. They made it possible for me to be in a lot less pain and feeling much better in a very short time. Thank you!
