I love this urgent care facility, and the staff.. they are all professional and friendly and they care about what you’re going through. I’ve been in multiple times and today. The office is always clean and quiet which I appreciate.. The wait time is very minimal and once you’re in the back office, they get to you promptly and access your needs and follow through. I would highly recommend this Urgent care facility . I really appreciate how they treat me when I come in.

Very friendly staff and helpful.

My daughter coughed for a couple of days, Very friendly and helpful doctor and nurse. They did necessary test and told me not serious problems, prescribed ibuprofen. Very smooth.

I walked-in with my daughter because she had gotten pink eye. The staff were very friendly and patient with my little one. I also liked that they had coloring books and toys in the waiting area to keep her occupied while we waited to be seen. The check-in system is also fairly easy. I’m glad I decided to come here on a last minute basis.

My visit to AFC urgent care in Pleasanton CA was absolutely phenomenal because the staff, receptionist, nurses and doctor made me comfortable and we’re just genuine and down to earth, and very caring. They had amazing bedside manners that showed their sincerity and helped keep my mind off my pain with their funny sense of humor.  I’m very thankful that they assisted me with my medical need. ❤️

Great staff. prompt and knowledgeable

Had debris in my eye that resulted in a sore, swollen eyelid that persisted for several days. Walked in, showed my insurance, filled out the check-in paperwork, and was seen within an hour. Everyone from the receptionist to the medical assistant to the doctor were nice, professional, and efficient. The doctor even offered to provide a work note. That almost never happens. I recommend this place. Better than sitting 6-8 hours in an ER, especially if it’s not life-threatening.

This has been the best experience I’ve had at an urgent care! The staff is amazing and the doctor was really understanding! They even called me to clear up things with my medication due to my lifestyle!

The staff was very friendly and efficient. The doctor was thorough and listened to my concerns. I would highly recommend AFC Urgent Care.

Excellent care

I was bracing myself for being told they couldn't help me, but I was pleasantly surprised : they went above and beyond. Rather than being confrontational about my condition and my request for a particular medicine since I have had this condition for years - they listened, asked questions to determine if it was the right course of action and treated me accordingly. Everyone from the desk agent to the medical assistant to the provider made an effort to ensure I was comfortable, even when taking my blood and providing an injection - she was careful and attentive. They also made sure I had access to and from the facility and opened doors for me since I was using a mobility aid that limited the use of my hands. I will be definitely be coming back. I really appreciate their professionalism and kindness.
