My visit to AFC urgent care was outstanding. Staff there diagnosed my issue very quickly and remediated it. Great to have a center like this in Pleasanton.

The front desk representative provided excellent customer service (warm, patient, professional, and thorough), which made the check-in process easy and pleasant. They did the testing I wanted, and provided a thorough visit. First time there and will definitely keep in mind for future visits.

Friendly staff and doctor. Waiting time was short and prescription was sent to pharmacy immediately.

I went to American Family Care in Pleasanton for a dental abscess and had such a positive experience. Everyone there was incredibly welcoming and kind. The front desk staff member (I didn’t catch his name) was especially friendly—we had a really nice conversation that helped put me at ease while I was in pain.

Amber Aguilar was thorough and explained everything clearly. She made sure I understood my diagnosis and treatment plan, and my prescriptions were sent over to my pharmacy right away.

I felt genuinely cared for the whole time. Thank you to the entire team for making a stressful situation so much easier. I highly recommend this urgent care for anyone needing prompt and compassionate treatment!

I needed to complete a physical and get a TB test for a job. It was quick and easy and I came in as a walk- in. The lobby area looks and smells clean. They even have a hot water dispenser and options for tea. There were masks available for adults and kids. Front desk people were very helpful. They had a calm demeanor and checking in was a breeze. They’re pretty laid back including the provider that saw me. There was another patient there that seemed to have trouble with accessing something on his phone for the appointment and they were super helpful with him and it didn’t seem like he had to wait long to be seen shortly after that either. I would recommend coming here urgent care needs or if you need a medical service like a physical for work or school. I would recommend this provider.

Staff was friendly, helped my toddler to calm down when he was scared of the splint. Additionally, they gave me a CD and picture of Xray which helped me to get the appointment with Orthopedic sooner.

I’m glad I went there for a checkup. Staff was super helpful and friendly.  Very convenient! I recommend this place .

Staff Lydia, MA Bethel and Craig NP all are very good and it’s a very loving care facility.

They took care of me right away. Easy check in. Courteous service and the Doc was thorough and got me the meds I needed to kick a bad sinus infection. I recommend.

Needed an appointment for a work pre-physical.  Called and they scheduled it right away- the same day!! When I arrived everybody was pleasant and it was clean. Highly recommend. A great staff and a clean comfortable atmosphere. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Easy check in. Friendly and efficient

Everyone was very nice. I especially liked the Nurse Practitioner Student that helped me with my employment physical, she was very sweet and helpful. All the staff was great and helpful.

The treatment went very well and the wound healed well.

This is absolutely the best urgent care I’ve been to. The NP who saw me is thorough, knowledgeable and all the other staff members are also so kind and patient. They listened to every concern I had, offered various solutions and levels and treatments(with explanations) and also repeatedly checked in with me while I was waiting and being treated.

Very pleasant fast and convenient.
