Easy to schedule and efficient staff!

Excellent service, I needed a simple TB test done for volunteering at the school district and I need it quick. I was able to secure a Sat appointment the same morning of request, I got checked in immediately, the staff at the check in went above and beyond on doc or proof I need , paid the contracted discounted rate with the school district, got injected . Seamless stress free visit all done within 30 min.
Im with Stanford medical, if I were to go with my usual Stanford route, it will be weeks of appt, waiting for doctor, order send to lab for blood work, I will never make it on time.

Staff and Np were all very kind. Office was bright and clean. Wait did not take too long. Pretty much in and out.

2. Friendly and competent staff
3. Pharmacy is notified immediately on request
4.Open til 8pm as well
5. Confident in ALWAYS referring to them
6 right off of 580 with plenty of free parking

This place is the best. Been here twice this year. In and out. Treated with urgency. Everyone is great. Super simple and treat you like family. Thanks again.

We had great experience with them. All stuff was king and our doctor patiently listened us. This place is great help for all Pleasanton folks.

Making appointment was easy and helpful in knowing approximately how long to wait. I was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time. Between the assistant and PA things moved well. There was a problem getting my prescription because the CVS store said the did not receive it. I do not know who was at fault. Was remedied quickly the next day.

10/10! All members of the staff were genuine, seemed to truly care and very efficient! I was in and out within an hour! It was close to closing time, but I wasn’t rushed or made to feel uncomfortable. Every person I came in contact with, from the front desk, to the medical staff, everyone was so nice! I was there Thursday night, 12/4/25 🤗

Just wanted to highlight the great job of Bethel. She is so nice and looks like experienced.  She’s helped me few times already. She is really the kind of person to be attending patients.  She is very nice, she has patience and sweet and very caring and experienced. She’s awesome!

I've been here several times before.I always have excellent customer service. There's usually not a long wait at all.Sometimes I have done walk ins as well. Today I was greeted by Jason he was very helpful and assisted me with check.In. Yemmi was my medical assistant. She's very kind and helpful. Norris has helped me on multiple occasions. He's very friendly, caring of his patience and goes above and beyond. Overall the experience here is great. They have great physicians and are wonderful. NP Nguyen was excellent as well. I highly recommend. The staff are great

Really nice staff, made me feel well taken care of and respected. Plus the guy working the desk likes good anime :p

Got me in right away. Nurses and doctors knew what they were doing and pointed me to the right direction. I do recommend.

We needed a last minute TB test and knew to get it read in time we’d have to do it on Saturday. We looked for places and AFC came up. The reviews were good so we gave it a try. So glad we did. It was easy to schedule and get in right away. I will try this provider again.

Our visit was awesome. The young lady that helped my son from the waiting room into the patient room was polite professional and beautiful my son tells me not to mention she went out of her way to make sure that he had all of his forms filled out that he needed for his school sport that he had forgotten.And we had to go back and have them fill out after the fact. Their office was very clean and was easy to find, and was one of the only places that I could find that would do a sports physical the same day not to mention do it after work. We couldn't be happier with the treatment.And the overall process quick and easy. We would highly recommend their office for another sports, physical and we'll be back next year.

I always go to this center when my family and I have some health problem, they are kind and show me quick response. I will revisit if I have a health problem onward.

The staff was very helpful and concern for my health. They took all necessary precautions to figure out what was wrong with my health. They did not take any shortcuts and were genuinely concerned for me. Will be coming back in the future. I would recommend this provider.
