I have never had such a blissful experience from any urgent care receptionist, Justice at the check in counter was so humble, patient and polite and helped me through my check in process without a scheduled appointment answered my calls and guided me through it and waited until I reached there where other John muir San Ramon denied me entry after confirming walk in on call and after I waited there and were very rude and arrogant towards me, justice and this urgent care however went beyond a level to comfort me because I was scared and also took extra steps comforted me beyond what was expected from a reception & advised me overall investing so much time even while it was almost closing hour. I can’t thank enough Justice, god bless you. 🙏🏻

Everyone in the office was fantastic! Greeted with smiles and compassion, and it was a very easy in and out. Thank you!

Getting appointment was quick, filled forms online which was convenient, doctor was very thorough in diagnosing, would definitely recommend AFC to others.

Super friendly, reasonable prices and professional. They took the time to understand my daughter's needs for her school physical, and made sure everything was done correctly. No nickel and diming on fees. Great experience overall.

Today, December 10th 2023 I received service at AFC Urgent Care, Pleasanton. The service that I received was top notch. Both Jennifer and Tanuja was absolutely amazing...Their people skills was so comforting.

They explained everything before moving forward. They were great listening, compassionate, and informative.
I must say that Tanuja didn't leave and stones unturned. She answered all my questions to it's entirety, and never making me feel rushed.

Also, I was out within the hour.

Lady, keep being the best version of you. I was beyond satisfied.

I greatly appreciate the diligent and thorough care I received at AFC Urgent Care. I don't typically find that level of care at Urgent Care facilities and it was absolutely refreshing. Dr. Hana and his team got me and evaluated me very quickly, then discussed testing and treatment options. Great all around customer service!

Excellent Care! Justice and Tanuja were wonderful. I especially appreciated Tanuja’s helpful advice on managing travel stomach issues, and gut health ideas!

Facility was clean. Front desk staff was kind and efficient- even offered me a bottled water while I waited a few minutes. Was able to see the PA within about 15 minutes with no appointment. He took his time and made sure all of my questions were answered. Prescription was ready at my facility by the time I got there. Highly recommend.

I needed x-ray. Staff at this urgent care was polite, fast and professional. Great place to get urgent care.

Had the best experience with the staff here at AFC. Check in was easy and the staff answered all of my questions. Check in was mobile so it made it sooo easy!!! Jennifer was super nice and helpful. The nurse practitioner Tanuja was AMAZING! She really took the time to talk to me and gave me some great information for the future and what OTC’s to take and what to avoid. I appreciated it soo much! Thanks for treating me and getting me in and out!

Walked-in and saw Doc right in 10 minutes. Clean and neat just like a big hospital. Doc made the right call in my meds and the effect was immediate.

AFC urgent care Pleasanton is an excellent facility. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming (specifically Vanessa and Samaria). They helped cure what I was there for and was in and out in no time. Thanks!

Quick attention...worthy of more stars

I cut my finger pretty bad and it was mid day so to get to the ER would be over 40 min so I decided to call AFC to see if they could stitch/glue me up as a walk in and they said yes. Went in there, all the staff was great! Super friendly and professional. I was in and out in less than an hour. So glad I came here! Definitely recommend.
