Anytime I’ve had an urgent medical issue I have gone here and received amazing care. As an indigenous woman I really felt heard and supported by the staff at AFC which can be rare to come across in my experience with some healthcare facilities. They truly restored my faith in the allopathic medicine profession by showing me exceptional compassion. If they offered primary care I would definitely make them my provider because that’s how great they are. It can be difficult to find help when your medically urgent event has to do with psychiatric issues but these people handle it like true PROS. I’m pretty sure I was seen by Craig Hanna and he was fantastic, you can really tell he got into this field because he truly wants to help people feel better and have a better quality of life. Super grateful for this urgent care! I was in a pretty serious car accident and went to the ER. I had a fractured collar bone and staples in my head for a laceration, and I couldn't put any weight on my right leg. AFC did some X-rays to confirm I didn't have any fractures in my pelvis or leg and the doc helped me with all my questions and reassured me. Then I came back to get my staples removed. The place itself is very clean and welcoming, and the staff are professional.

I am grateful for AFC Urgent Care! After enduring a two-hour wait at Stanford Urgent Care in Dublin, I googled other urgent cares. I called and was told to come in. Within just 15 minutes, I arrived to a clean and welcoming facility. The check-in process was efficient, and within 10 minutes, I was called back. The staff was friendly and they provided thorough care. Without hesitation, AFC Urgent Care will be my first choice for any future urgent care needs.

Amazing, professional, attentive, showed compassion and concern for my child. Prior to appointment, I received a text to register. So while my husband was driving, I filled out the form, signed and sent Prior to our arrival. When we arrived, I checked my daughter in and sat down to be called. We were the only ones in the waiting area which was clean, spacious and had tissue boxes on all end tables for patients. Mask were available at front desk, so you didn't have to ask. Our wait time was quick and when taken back to a room, that's where my daughter got all her vitals taken. Instead of how emergency rooms have a triage nurse to do so, then you have to wait again to be called back to actually see the Dr. If your symptoms are not life threatening, this is where you should be seen, rather than the E.R where many patients have more contagious symptoms. Front service: Clean and neat. Appreciate the waiting room amenities (toys and tea/coffee). Front desk lady is nice. Tech savvy with paperwork. Wait time was 45 min on a Sunday afternoon.

Actual consultation by medical personnel/ inside: Clean and neat. Once in the room, the wait was another 10 min after vital checks. The nurse practitioner (no doctor on site) gave a diagnosis I'm pretty sure was off base/wrong, but the prescription sounded reasonable (and I double checked with the pharmacist what the medication was for). We waited another 10 min to be discharged from the room/received paper work.

If I need to go to a nearby urgent care again, I'd recommend the affiliated urgent cares with hospitals first, and go to THIS facility as a 2nd choice, then a minute clinic (ie. CVS on Rosewood) as a 3rd choice.

Staff were very efficient, friendly and professional. I was in and out of the urgent care in probably less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend this urgent care and will go back there if I need to!

I appreciated the professionalism of the front office staff, as well as both the NP and MD who saw me. I also appreciated the chance to discuss different treatment options based on my current symptoms.

We urgently needed physical done for our son, that was required for swim tryouts in his school. They got his physical done immediately and that to free of cost.. 🙂

From the moment I walked into the front door, it felt like I was in a friend’s home. Richard at the front desk will welcome you in with a quick check in before you get the amazing care waiting for you. Athena, compassionately walked me thru my vitals and health questions. Tanuja the Nurse Practitioner provided the best experience I’ve had across the country. She was made for what she does. She is so patient and compassionate. She takes her time with each patient she sees and without even trying, can put you at ease with her calm demeanor. It is almost as if she sees you as a part of her family. It did not feel like I was at a clinic. I normally do not take the time to write reviews but the level of care and compassion I not only received but witnessed should be shared with everyone! If you are lucky enough to be in their area, look no further for your urgent care needs!

We visited this urgent care recently. Overall we had a very positive experience. Their location is closer to 580 and conveniently located. All the staff members are very helpful and friendly. Much better option than CVS minute clinic.

I took my 5-year-old daughter to the AFC for the first time today, and I was incredibly impressed with the entire experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made my daughter feel comfortable and at ease, which was a huge relief.

The front desk was very helpful and patient with us, and the nurse was fantastic with my daughter. The doctor was also very thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions.

I was so impressed with the level of care that we received at AFC. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs urgent care.
