Visited the Urgent care on a Saturday morning. Amazing staff, cleanly office and quick service. We were in and out in an hour.

Nurse Practitioner Ms.Tanuja Bhattessa guided us to get to the root cause and did very minimal/necessary tests and prescribed medicines.

It was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

EDIT: I really appreciate the owner for reaching out to me and helping me figure this out. He clarified that my insurance has been in network since AFC opened, and my claim shouldn't be showing up as out of network. It seems like this was an issue with their billing company, which they outsource. They are working to reprocess the claim for me. Robert was really kind and respectful, and he seems to genuinely care about the community's health and providing quality care to patients. Compared to many of the reviews I've seen on other urgent care clinics in the area, AFC seems to genuinely have patients' best interest at heart. I'm updating this review of my own accord! Highly recommend this clinic if you're in need of care. And if you run into any issues, I'm sure they will be happy to help you out.

Absolutely amazing experience!

Quick and easy to set up appointments. Reasonable hours. Low lobby waiting times. Fast service. Diagnostic testing is thorough, not overly extensive. Pricing is fair. They take most insurance. Staff is courteous, friendly, warm, respectful, caring, and informative. The place is brand new and looks and acts like you would expect an ideal urgent care facility to be. In a way, it feels like health care drive-through. Get in, get out. Why can't more ERs function with this level of functionality AND form?

TLDR; Highly recommend going to this place over an actual hospital when possible.

I was very impressed with the doctor or P.A that saw me on Friday afternoon April 12th, 2024. He listened, he cared, he took his time, and validated how I was feeling. I appreciated his demeanor. although, he could not really resolve my issue, he kept coming up with temporary solutions to help me until I could see a specialist.

I was a walk-in and was immediately greeted by the staff. They are very nice. My wait time was 20 minutes as there were a couple of people ahead of me. Then the actual time spent with the doctor was around 10 minutes. Anyways my experience was absolutely perfect and I will return there in the future if I have serious health issues.

Highly recommended! Both my parents visited this location recently. The doctor is knowledgeable, professional and most importantly caring. They both received the medical services effectively without long waits.

Visited AFC Dublin/Pleasanton 3 times so far with different family members. Staff and physicians are nice! Easy process, convenient location.

Very professional, oriented, and friendly staff. I was my first time there and coming back to follow-up with my status. I will update the review after my second visit soon.

Overall happy with doctor visit and well organize and don't need to visit compare to other hospital. Doctor came in late and slow response before come to see you.

Great experience considering the fact we had to go into the urgent care. They were very accommodating and we did not have to wait very long to be taken back and treated. I received treatment from Tanuja Bhattessa who took her time to talk through the reason for my visit and provided the best treatment I have received in an ER situation. Thank you.

Came in for an injury my son got from soccer. We were seen within 10 minutes and out within 35 minutes. Every staff member we came into contact with was above amazing and calming. We will definitely be back if we need another urgent care.

A little bit of a wait on appointments, but the staff were great, and follow up was very good for getting testing and vaccinations.

I brought my son here a few weeks ago, and they took great care of him. It was also easy to make an appointment online & the location is very convenient. Highly recommend!

Fantastic facility. I was able to schedule my appointment and been seen within an hour of scheduling. I also really liked how seamless the scheduling system/ website was, very user friendly. Super nice and new facility with friendly staff. The NP was kind and gentle. My co-pay was reasonable. I will definitely be recommending to others and will return if I need to in the future!

Great experience at the new AFC facility in Pleasanton. Both the nurse and Doctor took time to ask thoughtful questions, actively listen to our medical concerns, and prescribed the appropriate treatment.
