Was on a vacation in California, when me and my LO fell sick. They took us in immediately, had complete work up done and concerns addressed and we are on track to getting better. Thank you very much.

The dr was very kind and understanding and actually administered tests to find the problem and worked on finding a solution. I have had drs In the past make judgments with out tests and blow off my problems. But our dr for this visit was exceptional and helpful

Recently my Dr. closed up his practice leaving all of their clients out in the cold. I was due for my refill of bipolar meds but did not have a prescription. I went to AFC Urgent Care in Pleasanton and they were able to give me a refill until I could secure another Dr. They were a life saver !

Entire staff beginning with the check-in to the doctor's evaluation was very professional. In other words, very courteous, staff is knowledgeable, and there was a feeling of empathy from all. Even when my regular pharmacy had run out of the prescription, AFC quickly transferred my prescription to another pharmacy. When someone goes to Urgent Care it is because they are not feeling well. AFC Pleasanton/Dublin does its best to mitigate the situation which is always welcomed, thank you!!

I went to urgent care in Pleasanton on Hopyard Road because I had poison oak for over two weeks just driving me crazy they were fantastic there. I don’t like getting shots. They made me feel very comfortable. They all had a good sense of humor there the receptionist was very helpful with filling out the paperwork, it was an excellent experience And I didn’t even fill the shot. They also allowed my service dog to come right in the room with me was another place in my book. I would definitely go back there.

We scheduled an appointment with AFC Pleasanton for a sports physical. It was very easy to make an appointment, the staff was super friendly, and we were in and out in approximately 30 minutes. Thank you!

Though it took a while to get registered before seeing someone, the care was great. Be prepared to answer a lot of questions about your health history, both online and in person. Online questions included uploading a photo of your ID and health insurance card, so be sure to bring both. If you have a super serious emergency you may want to consider going to an ER when they can, depending on your emergency, treat first, ask questions later. Once you’re in the “AFC” system, I am guessing future visits will be less upfront administrative work and more care time. Facility is clean, people are professional and respectful.

Great and kind people

I had a fantastic experience at this clinic thanks to the excellent care from a young Indian girl who checked me in and another staff member I believe her name was Gabby. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was very smooth and welcoming. She was friendly, efficient, and made sure all my questions were answered.

Gabby took me back shortly after, and she was equally wonderful. She was very sweet, calm, and professional. She explained each step clearly, which helped ease my nerves as I hate going to doctor’s offices. Overall the whole visit was stress-free and comfortable.

Easy to check in and managed appointment time very well. The doctor I saw was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised by the expreience.

Clean faculty, very friendly staff and Dr., except one of the front desk girls! Didn’t talk to her much personally, however she was being rude and unprofessional about another situation right in front of me while I was checking in with the other very nice (Indian decent) lady upfront.

Took my son here over the weekend for a Sports physical. His appointment at his doctor’s wasn’t until the end of the week and he would have missed try outs. All the staff that we encountered were friendly. It was a Sunday morning so it was just me and my kid at time, so there was hardly a wait time. On Weekends they do charge a fee for the physical but it’s fine, I am just happy I found them and was able to get it done quickly. I also want to add the office was very clean and professional looking.
