I made my appointment a few days in advance and arrived at 9am on a Tuesday. My experience was very pleasant and I highly recommend this clinic for urgent care. I was checked-in less than 5 minutes after my arrival and my appointment lasted a total of 30 minutes. The waiting rooms and restroom were all incredibly clean and I could tell everyone took pride in the environment they worked in. My nurse was very attentive and the attending physician was very timely and helpful. I was able to go and pick up my prescription within the hour which may have nothing to do with the clinic itself but the mere fact that my appointment didn’t take over my full day is enough of a reason for me to continue to receive care here, 10/10 would recommend.

Fast and Efficient service !

I had a rib contusion and hand abrasion from falling down a bike. With a trip coming up, I decided to get it checked and seek some medical advice. That’s when I booked an urgent care appointment at AFC. The check-in process was super easy and the people were very nice and warm. The end-to-end process was seamless and quick, I got done in 45 mins (including checking my vitals, an X-ray scan, and consultation with the doctor). They also gave me a breathing device to help heal my ribs contusion faster! Loved my visit and would definitely recommend this place to others.

They are great here-clean, professional and received excellent care with little wait. They sent me to a great foot doctor for a referral and took a super quick x-ray. Highly recommend.

This urgent care is great! The place is clean and the staff is friendly. I went there to get a tetanus shot, and I did not have an appointment but they accept walk-ins. It all went great, and Sanjani, the person who gave me the vaccine, was very friendly and competent.

Great service, the nurses and doctor were very kind and really wanted to help me feel better. I walked in feeling really bad and was diagnosed right away. Would definitely return and recommend.

Absolute pleasure from check in to diagnosis, to solution. Everyone is friendly, quick service and knowledgeable staff. Got blood work and results in house in 15 minutes. Highly recommended.

I chose AFC Pleasanton based on its high scores and was not disappointed. Staff was friendly and professional. I was examined promptly by a Nurse Practitioner, who noticed a small detail that two other urgent care offices had missed within the last week. The NP injected Lidocaine, then removed the nail spur that was causing pain and infection. 18 hours later, I am pain free.

Honest, Professional and proactive

A couple of weeks ago I had occasion to visit AFC Urgent Care in Pleasanton. I had fractured my fingers and had a negative experience with a particular individual about which I wrote on Google reviews. I could not be more pleased and impressed to let people know that a prompt response to my dissatisfaction by the OWNER of AFC Urgent Care has blown me away! I've never had a representative, let alone an owner, make any kind of contact to rectify a situation. Mr. Dickinson’s obvious interest and empathy were palpable. He was genuinely interested in what exactly transpired and determined to take appropriate steps to rectify the experience for any/all future patients. Mr. Dickenson’s professionalism, integrity, and genuine concern for those to whom AFC Urgent Care provides services is something others should emulate. my experience was quick and easy coming here, i stopped by to have my neck checked out after a car crash and make sure i wasn't injured and was out within an hour. the nurse practitioner who helped me was gentle and knowledgeable. more pleasant than the times i've gone to stanford urgent care

Good experience as far as wait time, ease of check in, and pretty good care. I came in for an EKG, which I thought I might have to go to a big hospital for. I have been to Urgent Care many times over the years and was able to quick, efficient, and quality care!
