My coordinators were responsive and kind. The processes were generally well organized and staff was friendly. I felt there were some communication issues with one of the doctors and also with the financial office at one point, which was frustrating. A large mistake was made with one of my transfers when a different embryo than we agreed on with my doctor was transferred, which was very distressing. However, after four rounds of ivf at mcrm, I am now almost 13 weeks pregnant with twins, so I’m thankful for the eventual success in getting me pregnant.

From the moment we walked in the doors of MCRM in November 2021, we immediately knew we were in the right place. My husband and I struggled with unexplained infertility and I always dreamed of being a mom. We went through a few IUI cycles, one failed IVF transfer, and a lot of tears. After transfer number 2, we are blessed to say we are 28 weeks pregnant with our sweet baby girl. I would highly recommend Dr Ahlering to anyone on this journey. Everyone at MCRM is very friendly. The staff responds quickly to questions and you never have to wait long when you call. You never have to wait long to get back to a room. We would definitely recommend them.

We chose not to do IVF here for unrelated reasons but have been doing monitoring at this clinic. Overall, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Front desk and nursing staff are kind and helpful. Doctors are very informative. Unfortunately, the phlebotomist has a horrible attitude and acts like you're an inconvenience to her day (and online shopping). Showing a little compassion seems to be beyond her even though her place of business is centered around people who are going through a difficult time. If I did it again, I'd get my labs done elsewhere.

First, I should add that we had been to a few other clinics in our area prior to finding MCRM, and MCRM exceeds them in every way from professionalism, to friendliness, to comfort and cleanliness of the environment and their overall professional care.
My OBGYN, acupuncturist and all of the hospital staff who delivered my baby equally had amazing things to say about Dr. Ahlering and his staff, which speaks volumes.

MCRM has been a great experience for myself and my husband. We both came into this infertility journey with so much uncertainty and worry. MCRM was definitely our saving grace. We have always had a great experience with all the staff at MCRM especially the front desk, phlebotomist, MA, and our Doctor. Everyone is always so happy and uplifting every time we would walk in the door. I would say one of my favorite times going was when they would celebrate infertility week. That week was especially hard for my husband and myself this year because it was a week of one of our failed IUI's but going into the office multiple times that week and there being a treat or a goody to look forward too or to be offered was something that definitely made the harder times a bit easier to handle.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience with the staff at MCRM fertility. Dr. Aubuchon was amazing every step of the way. As with any fertility treatments, we definitely experienced highs and lows during our journey. Dr. Aubuchon was always there to give us encouraging messages that were very thoughtful and helpful. Our nurse coordinator, Kay, really was a joy to work with. She was my advocate on a daily basis. My husband and I are now expecting our first baby in September! We are so excited! MCRM is an incredible fertility clinic. I was searching for a clinic that would be able to see us quickly because where I live there are waitlists of a year or more. I’m not getting any younger so timeliness was of great importance. MCRM was able to schedule a consultation within days of my first call. Driving three hours one way became my fate and boy was it worth it. This clinic handled everything quickly, professionally and with great detail. I definitely felt like my IVF rounds were tailored to my specific needs. Dr. Alexander and Nicole (nurse coordinator) were always available and responded to my messages same day. The day I found out the first round didn’t work Dr. Alexander made herself available to talk things through and come up with a plan to help the second round be more successful. 3 years ago, MCRM helped us in bringing our beautiful daughter into the world. Now, we are on our second successful embryo transfer and are looking forward to welcoming our third child this year! The staff is very kind, professional and responsive whenever I have questions. The success we’ve had with them is a true testament to the doctor’s expertise and knowledge within their field. I feel like they leave no stone unturned with regards to advancements in treatment and protocols, so you feel like you are literally doing everything you can to make your dream come true. I cannot recommend them enough if you are struggling on your baby journey.

Had a wonderful experience with MCRM. We tried IUI with no success we then went to IVF. We were very Fortunate and had success the first round and are excited to welcome our baby boy this September! MCRM took my husband and I on as clients in the middle of an IUI cycle when my regular OB was unable to finish due to her own medical reasons. They got us in for an appointment right away and finished the cycle with us. While that cycle was unsuccessful, we continued with MCRM for 3 more IUI cycles and then later to IVF. We are now pregnant with our first baby and are now due in September! Since Day 1, we felt so welcomed. We truly appreciated how everyone took so much time to explain and answer any questions we had.
