I didn't have the best experience with this clinic but I was able to get pregnant on the first attempt with IVF.

-Both my coordinators were really good at listening to concerns and escalating any concerns I had.

-Some of the staff were pleasant and very nice. Maggie and NP Laura were amazing during my ultrasound appts. Both ladies showed so much compassion and took time explaining things to me.

-I didn't have the best experience with Dr. Aubuchon. On a few occasions she was rude and didn't explain things well. I had a scare at 9 weeks and was crying when she walked in and she just asked me to explain what was going on. No compassion or care was shown nor given. She didn't explain to me in a way I could understand what was happening, so I had to call my OB and have them explain it.

-Multiple occasions I was given wrong instructions for my protocol.

-financial counselor Katie messed up my initial authorization by given me wrong information and then tried to make me pay the deposit again. After several weeks I spoke to a manager who corrected the error.

-On my graduation day I had to mention it because it wasn't noted in my chart and no one said anything. I thought my coordinator or Dr. Aubuchon would have been apart of that moment, but they weren't. I just received a generic portal message after the appt.

Maybe my expectations were high for this clinic because I was referred here by a colleague, but as a woman of color, my experience was vastly different from other women. We want to make sure that when any woman is experiencing fertility issuess no matter their race, receives the same care and treatment. I probably wouldn't recommend or use this clinic in the future.
