My husband & I have struggled with infertility for 7yrs. Unfortunately we went to Tulsa Fertility Center for 7yrs feeling like just another number & wasting too much money with TFC. And loosing hope with each visit at TFC of becoming parents to a biological child. We started talking about adoption. But then we reached out to a friend that highly recommended MCRM & Dr. Ahlering. Dr. Peter Ahlering and all of the staff at MCRM is outstanding! After MANY struggles with infertility, we went to see Dr. Ahlering feeling a little hopeless. We'd tried so many things with other doctors and never had success. We were feeling very discouraged and trying to cope with the fact that being parents just may not be in the cards for us.

We have had two unsuccessful IVF cycles at this office. After our second failed attempt the doctor recommended we try a test on our embryos and one other test neither was covered by insurance but at this point we were desperate and would try anything. After getting two different quotes from the finance manager Dena I was aggravated that we never received consistent information about costs and what would or would not be covered by insurance. I answered her email letting her know I was very bothered by not only the lack of proper communication but misleading information I was being told by her every time we spoke and with very vague details. The following business day the office manager contacted me about my email and then proceeded to inform me that insurance was not covering two of our visits from our first cycle and Dena had neglected to inform me. My husband and I are truly blessed to say we were apart of the MCRM experience.
After multiple surgery's, failed IVF cycles, many tears, and no positive results from from three different (local) reproductive specialists- we could not take anymore bad news, or tolerate another facility without a level of compassion.
Everyone on the MCRM staff took really great care of us and always showed a great level of integrity, love for their passion and compassion to couples on this journey- from the patient support specialist, to the ladies at the front desk, to our Coordinator, to the phlebotomist, to the embryologist, to the ultrasound tech, to Dr. Ahlering!
After 7 years my husband and I welcomed our baby boy Miles this year on July 10th!

Dr. Ahlering is a very knowledgable and compassionate doctor. He spends a lot of time with patients. We traveled 5 hours to see him after disappointments closer to home. Totally worth traveling for the best! He uses the newest technology and spends a lot of time explaining everything. We had many long talks in the office and over the phone. I can't be more positive about MCRM. I would highly reccomend calling today if you have any questions about your fertility, uncertainty about if it's too soon or too late to call or just want someone to take the time to treat you like a person. I have so much trust in the care of the MCRM team! Not only is Dr. Ahlering professional and amazing at his job, but he's compassionate and takes the time you need and deserve. Beyond the doc, the staff there is nothing shy of impeccable. I feel respected and welcome in a very unknown future. You will not be disappointed. Dr. Alhering and the MCRM staff have been nothing short of amazing and have been such a blessing to my husband and I. He is able to explain things, takes his time and truly knows his patients. Each staff member I have come into contact with has made me a priority. Dr. Alhering has the most up to date technologies and wants the best outcomes for his patients. I would not blink an eye to drive 24hrs, if I needed to. I have diminished ovarian reserve and my amh is .24. Many doctors wouldn't even be willing to take me on, but not Dr. Alhering.
