Once we began, the coordinators and staff at MCRM were there to guide you every step of the way. We knew from Day 1 we were in good hands. I cannot say enough great things about MCRM. From making us feel safe in the office during the pandemic, to making sure we were informed during the process, to squeezing us in if we needed it, MCRM was there to make it happen. We had a very good experience with MCRM. They did a good job of explaining things from the beginning, and the staff was generally very courteous. On occasion we had a little mix-up with instructions on medication. However, despite these two times of miscommunication, we felt that the clinic was competent and caring. Certainly Dr. Ahlering was very kind and clear. In the end, we were able to get pregnant. While no clinic has complete control over that, MCRM seemed to do all that was recommended and wise to bring this to pass. We haven't delivered yet, but when we were released from MCRM's care our goal had been met. We're forever grateful!

We began our journey with MCRM in the fall of 2019. As an LGBTQ couple we had very different needs and concerns than many others going through fertility treatments. All of these needs and concerns were handled with such respect, love, and experience. We were treated with nothing but kindness and I recommend them to every single person I know struggling to conceive or those just needing some medical help to make it a reality like us. Each couple is treated as an individual and the treatments are tailored to your desires and needs. We went through IUIs and IVF and while the journey was a roller coaster I wouldn’t change a thing because what was only a dream in 2019 is now a healthy happy 9 month old with two adoring mommies! Im forever grateful to MCRM for giving us our greatest gift!

We went through IVF in the first half of 2020 with one surviving embryo that was graded lower. 9 months after countless shots and medication and we have our son. Dealing with a miscarriage the year before was hard beyond words, but the care MCRM gave us was incredible for the most part. It only takes one time for a success.
