My husband and I were referred to MCRM back in 2018 due to multiple miscarriages and the inability to get pregnant again. Everyone we spoke with was amazing and friendly. Dr. Ahlering explained things very well for us, and laid out our options. We had our first son in 2019 thanks to them! MCRM truly gave us everything. We’re pregnant with our perfect baby girl and it’s all because of Dr. Ahlering, Kristin Heacock, Allison Anderson, Alexa Chioran, and pretty much the entire practice at both locations. Now that we’ve graduated to the OBGYN, I can’t help but be sad in the fact that MCRM isn’t able to continue the obstetrical care. The support system they create, not only between the patient and staff, but among other patients through the Facebook group & Cycle Buddies program is amazing! I am so happy we chose MCRM for our IVF journey. From the doctor to the phlebotomist, they were all so welcoming. I would highly recommend their services.

After years of trying naturally without success we decided to look into fertility treatments. I had heard good things about MCRM and decided to give them a call. I am so glad I made that call. The whole journey can be exciting and overwhelming but the staff always made me feel comfortable, welcome, and answered all of my questions. Dr. Ahlering was fantastic and friendly. I felt included in my care every step of the way. We thankfully had success with IVF and as glad as I was to graduate at 10 weeks, I was sad to say goodbye to the staff at MCRM. The experience has been great and I am so thankful for everyone involved in making the facility run day to day. Thank You.

We love MCRM Fertility because we felt so supported through the whole process. It is scary to not know why you aren’t getting pregnant and Dr. Alexander and Jen were there to walk us through every step and answer any question (no matter how small). They calmed our nerves and made us feel as comfortable as we could be during the process of multiple IUI’s and into IVF. They were our cheerleaders when we got pregnant and continue to celebrate with us. They are amazing during an unknown time. I especially loved the communication tool on the app to be able to send a quick question and get a response back quickly.

My husband and I were referred to MCRM Fertility in Chesterfield, MO by one of my coworkers and I am so glad we decided to visit! During our first visit, we met Dr. Abuchon and thoroughly discussed our reproductive health with her. She was very nice and answered any questions we had during our visit. She explained everything very well and explained to us why she thought IVF was our best treatment option. We then met with someone from their financial team and they did a great job explaining what our insurance covered and what things we would be responsible for paying during our treatment. Every staff member we met during our journey at MCRM was so friendly and always there to answer any questions we had.
