Great experience with MCRM. They were very informative, supportive of my decisions, and provided good bedside manner.

After about a year or so of struggling to conceive naturally we decided to seek help. We did all of our initial testing at a different clinic and something just didn’t feel right. We made the decision to switch to MCRM and immediately felt like we were in better hands. After some time of tests and medications to help improve our chances we decided to take the IVF route. We are currently expecting our first child together after almost 3 years of infertility. We are very fortunate and thankful our first round of IVF worked for us. We will forever be grateful for Dr. Alhering and the entire staff of MCRM. Without their help we wouldn’t be where we are today.

Words cannot express our gratitude for Dr. Ahlering and the entire team at MCRM Chesterfield. This journey is one that was 10 years in the making. Regardless of the of the limited insight, poor treatment, and lack of empathy and consideration along our journey with other facilities, Dr. Ahlering and his team sought answers and provided options from day one. There is a difference between doing your job well, and caring about a job well done. The team at MCRM represents that difference and we will forever be grateful for them.

MCRM was great to work with from the start. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and they truly try to help with whatever you need. This made our not so pleasant experience with infertility a little more easy. Dr. Alexander is amazing: she is so knowledgable and caring, and she always got back to me quickly with any questions I had.

I loved MCRM Fertility because our daughter was born in August 2022. Dr. Aubuchon and Shawnie both worked so hard to build our family and we were so fortunate that our first transfer was a huge success. I couldn’t recommend MCRM enough. The entire staff was great the whole time and they delivered the results we had been praying for for so long.

I am so grateful for Dr. Aubuchon, Jen Rapp, and the MCRM team. After two years of trying Dr. Aubuchon did one ultrasound and referred me for surgery. After the procedures I was skeptical of an IUI working but gave it one shot before we would move onto IVF. We are now expecting a baby girl come February. Thank you for all that you do!

Dr. Aubuchon always had a plan even when I was ready to give up, she could always see the light at the end of the tunnel. After multiple miscarriages and failed attempts we are finally pregnant with out little miracle baby! We owe it all to her and the staff at MCRM!

I never had to wait long to go back during an appointment. I got pregnant after 1 round of IUI and I couldn’t be more thankful for MCRM for all of the thorough instructions/game plan and care.

Overall, I would recommend MCRM. They helped me to get pregnant twice, and once I was pregnant, they took very good care of me. The ultrasound technicians were thoughtful, kind, and knowledgeable. The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is sometimes I felt like I wasn’t a priority as a patient while trying to get pregnant. I think the coaches have too many patients to dedicate as much time to each one.

My husband and I had the best experience working with MCRM. Everyone in the office is always so joyful and positive! We loved working with Dr. Aubuchon and Lauren during our IVF process. We are now expecting our first baby in March 2023 and we cannot more excited! We are so thankful for everything the team has done for us!

I actually got pregnant while still in the testing phase, but Dr. Alexander was super helpful and knowledgeable. All of the staff were great, professional , and compassionate!
