They got the job done eventually, but broke s***, undervalued what they broke when they paid for it and made me feel like I was a spy or a doofus for even catching and breaking s***. Worker was not going to fess up to it but I was upstairs watching while I was waiting on the elevator. Saw the dumbbell fall right into the laundry basket and break the handle off. Then they broke my chair but they said it was already that way and I didn't want to argue that one. Went to the wrong floor didn't work together very well to make it happen very quickly. I don't think I've ever been so insulted after a simple phone call. I was trying to receive a quote for unloading a truck. Dave then proceeded to mansplain how they don't do quote they give estimates. He asked what was going to be in the truck to unload and when I started to give them the inventory he aggressively interrupted me to explain how I needed to give him the inventory. I said I was no longer interested in his service and hung up. I then received a slightly aggressive text message from him. The information I received from the corporate phone number did not match the information I got from their local office. The harassment I received from this company was unmatched. I hope no one is ever treated like I was during such a stressful process. Please save yourselves the trouble and don't bother using this company. Read more >
