Had a broken freezer and old mattress that had been sitting around forever, I kept thinking I would drag it out to the dump and take care of it (the city wouldn’t pick up the freezer on bulk days). After a few months, decided to just pay someone. BEST DECISION EVER. Easily made an appointment on Thursday, and Friday morning they were here and had everything was taken care of in under 10 minutes.
Price was quoted when they arrived and saw the size, had the option of accepting or declining. I didn’t feel pressured at all, truly feel I could have said “no thank you” and they would have smiled and said have a nice day w/no hard feelings. 2% fee if using a credit card, but cash/check were also fine. Next time I have large items to be hauled away, I won’t hesitate and will just make the appointment. Read more >

Cory was an excellent team leader today. He was very punctual and professional and had his team functioning like a well oiled machine. They all worked very efficiently in loading the truck and offloading at two separate loads locations. The weather was miserable with high heat and humidity and not a cross word was said by anyone.
