We’ve been part of the Goddard School at Craig Ranch community for over two years, and it has been a gift to our family. All three of our children attend, our youngest starting as early as 3 months old, and we’ve consistently experienced a high level of care, attentiveness, and love from the entire staff.

Our boys, like many toddlers, have had their share of emotional ups and downs, and the team has always been patient, supportive, and proactive in helping them work through those moments. They communicate with us regularly, which makes us feel like true partners in our children’s growth.

Goddard has been such a blessing for both of our kids. The teachers are wonderful, genuinely love children, and care for our kids as their own.

I’ve been so impressed with the new curriculum and feel like our daughter has soared. They encourage curiosity, innovation, and creativity alongside the fundamentals. My 4-year-old is excited to share what she learns and often points out sight words as we read before bed.

Our son is much younger, but I never have to worry when I drop him off. He is so loved by the staff, and they do so many things to encourage his development. He gets so excited to see his teachers even at 1.

We’ve been part of this school community for four years and couldn’t be more grateful. The teachers and staff are incredibly loving, dedicated, and truly care for each child. We’ve seen so much growth in our kids thanks to the playful and social, yet structured, environment. The leadership coming from Mrs. Tanny and the office staff, sets such a strong tone of structure and calmness that carries through the whole school. We’ve loved every teacher we’ve had over the years, and the new additions like the gym and splash pad have been a huge hit with the kids. It’s a place where our children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn!

This has been a great school for our son. He loves his teachers. Staff communicates well and we know he is well cared for.

Our family loves this school. We enrolled our eldest during COVID and they took all protocols very seriously. I've everything lifted a little we were finally able to meet some of the families and have made great friends through our kids. We now have our youngest at the school too and he absolutely loves it!

We have been very impressed with all of the staff at The Goddard School McKinney Craig Ranch so far! They are friendly, communicative, and we trust that our daughter is in good hands. Her teachers are wonderful, and we have already seen so much developmental growth in the month that she has been there so far. Trusting others to care for your child is nerve wracking for any parent, but I feel very comfortable that my child is well cared for at Goddard.

A few years ago, we made the decision to enroll at The Goddard School of McKinney (Craig Ranch) and it has truly been one of the best choices we made for our 2.5 year old son, Hayden. From the moment we stepped through their doors, it was evident that this wasn’t just a daycare—it was a warm, nurturing community that genuinely cares for each child.

The facility is impeccably clean, secure, and thoughtfully designed to provide a safe and stimulating environment. The teachers and staff are exceptional—kind, attentive, and highly professional. The curriculum is outstanding, perfectly blending fun with education to keep children engaged and inspired.

Since enrolling, we’ve seen incredible growth in our son’s confidence, communication, and social skills. The positive impact this school has had on his development is immeasurable.

We’ve had both our boys at Goddard since my oldest was 3 and my youngest was 2.5 and it’s been an overall great experience. The teachers are all very loving and nurturing and based on my children’s bond with their teachers, I can tell they feel safe with them. There is also very little churn, so my kids haven’t had to deal with a rotating door of new teachers, giving them time to form those caretaker bonds with them.

The staff is also really great about communication and very accommodating to any and all requests we’ve ever made. My oldest struggles with selective mutism and the staff there was so supportive and was great about working with our therapist. They were proactive about coordinating our therapists in-school visits and the teachers were open and willing to be educated about selective mutism and implemented all the recommended strategies/processes to help him. We had the best experience with this school. Our son loved going and learned so much in the short time he was enrolled before we moved. The staff are friendly and love on the kiddos well and I'm so impressed by what my son learned at such a young age. The staff is very communicative and knew everyone's names, including parents and siblings. We will be looking for another Goddard in our area for sure!

This school is EXACTLY what my daughter needed to thrive. The directors & teachers are approachable, responsive, and most of all engaged every day to guide & teach our littles through activities & fun. We are thrilled to have found a home @ The Goddard School - Craig Ranch.

Enrolling our two children at Goddard, which is less than 10 minutes from our house, was a stunningly easy choice reinforced by a deeply enriching experience. Both children have been part of the school since infancy, and while our son now attends Elementary School, he continues to benefit from the after-school care provided by Goddard.

We've found the environment to be nurturing and stimulating -the dedicated staff foster both academic and social development through diverse programs and activities, emphasizing early childhood development through play.

We've developed strong relationships not only with our children's teachers but also with the administrative staff, who greet us warmly, regularly socialize with us, and truly make us feel like family. We started at Goddard in August of 2015 with our first child. Our second child is about to graduate from the Junior K classroom. After over 8 years of attending this school, I can say it's the best there is. From the moment you walk inside, you know Goddard is different. You are recognized and greeted warmly. They know exactly what children need, and they work hard to provide quality care and education. Goddard understands that "play" is learning. And, in providing daily engaging and enriching experiences, they make kids love going to "school." Goddard consistently goes above and beyond in their care for children and their families. I will tell anyone who asks that "Goddard is the best. You will be so happy you sent your kids there."

I've had at least 2 children at Goddard since February of 2016. As parents of two sets of twins who often work long hours, it was important for us to find a place that loved our children and treated them like family. That is The Goddard School of McKinney at Craig Ranch. You can tell from the minute you enter the building that Ms. Tanny and the entire staff truly love children and see them as blessings to be enjoyed and cherished. They also happen to be teaching them valuable social, emotional, and traditional educational lessons along the way :)

There is no cold and institutional feeling when you walk through the front doors. Just cheerful greetings to parents and kids that sets a great tone for the start of the day. My daughter has been going to Goddard for almost two years now and she has been thriving. The teachers are so hands on and compassionate. She has developed verbally, emotionally, and creatively through all their curriculum and activities. Love having these people a part of my village.

Great school!

We Love Goddard. My son has attended now for 2 1/2 years. They do so many things with the kids. He is constantly engaged. They just built a splash pad and are building a gym. I feel he has had a very well rounded start, which will prepare him well for preschool, then kinder.

We love Goddard and are thrilled with the quality of care and education they provide our children. After having bad experiences at other local schools, we are glad to have landed at Goddard. Not only are my kids happy, but the teachers and staff genuinely seem to be thriving there as well and I think that says a lot about the management of the school.

This school (specifically this location) has helped my son is many ways. All of the teachers are amazing and very attentive the my kid's needs. My son transitioned from a Montessori to Goddard and I have seen such a huge improvement. The director Tanny is wonderful. 10/10 school!

I can’t say enough about the Goddard School’s in McKinney. Both of my boys started at the Craig Ranch location last year and it was the best experience ever. Ms. Maegan at Craig Ranch is a godsend and one of the kindest souls you will ever meet. Our oldest son moved on to kindergarten this year but we have transferred our youngest to the ridge location, University Drive, which is closer to our home. The teachers and staff at University Drive are awesome and Ms. T/(Ms. Christy) is the best. I waited 3 years before my kids went to daycare/preschool. It was the best choice for my kids!

Great staff, excellent curriculum!

They have done an amazing job teaching my 4-year old getting him ready for kindergarten. He had the best teachers. My son loves to learn. I’m so grateful for the Goddard School! They are very professional, and caring at the same time. The learning environment they provide for each child is incredible. ❤️ I also love the chess program, the Spanish class, and Farmer Rick.

Without exaggeration , I selected Goddard Mckinney after visiting 20 pre schools in the area. You guys have been wonderful , very accommodating to my child's needs , very helpful and kind. I LOVE all the teachers specially Ms. Sharon has been wonderful. She is the best teacher a child can have. My son got really attached to her he will go give her a hug everyday 😄 She is very sensible and genuinely cares for every child. I am definitely coming back whenever possible for us.

There is so much to love about Goddard McKinney! Low staff turnover, excellent teachers and staff, fabulous Harvest lunches (that my toddler eats enthusiastically), socialization, monthly billing, fun mixers and school fairs, art projects, pictures sent daily about what my kiddo did during the day... so many great things. Also, Summer Camp programming was a blast!

Our almost 3 year old daughter has been attending the Goddard School in McKinney for the last year and she LOVES it. She goes three days a week, and the night before every school day we talk about all the fun stuff she will do the next day and she rattles off the names of all her amazing teachers and friends. She's learned so much, my husband and I look at each other in shock all the time when she blurts out something we CLEARLY didn't teach her :D We love our Goddard family!

Hands down THE best preschool in McKinney! The curriculum is outstanding and has so many 'extras' included in the price. My kids are learning all of the basics, plus yoga, Spanish, Sign Language, chess, and computer skills just to name a few. They keep ratios low, so they have the time to focus on each students development. Very low turnover for lead teachers. It is outstanding!

By far the BEST preschool! My girls are thriving in elementary school now and I give all the credit to Goddard and their amazing staff.
