Trusting our kiddo to The Goddard School was one of the best decisions we've made as parents (the Mckinney, Ridge Road location). We experienced a stable community with very little turnover in staff/teachers. The onsight owner, Ms. Tanny, and front desk team, Michelle and Anabel, knew our child by name. We experienced a smooth transition from a Montessori school to the Goddard curriculum because of the classroom teachers who were excited to see her as an individual. The team communicated consistently and professionally via email, phone, and were always accessible in person. My kid loved the splash pad, chess class, and school garden (knowing she got fresh farm-to-table meals every single day helped me feel ZERO guilt about all the frozen pizza at home!) I absolutely love The Goddard School! My child has received exceptional care and a wonderful education here. The teachers are truly remarkable and consistently go above and beyond for their students. I especially love how they keep families involved with frequent activities and events all year round. It is also wonderful to see such unique enrichment programs—my child is particularly enjoying the chess classes and the hands-on gardening program!

We are so lucky to have found a village at Goddard. Tanny has an incredible team and our family is so happy we made the decision to join. We love how social emotional health is a priority and how our kids are learning through play. It’s obvious that Goddard understands and lives by what is best for children. Thank you!

Our family has been attending The Goddard School for over 5 years. We actually were at a different daycare for our first (who is now 6 😢) before Goddard. We left there due to a lot of turnover and that our then 12 month old was being put in his crib all day or high chair because they didn’t have any teachers in the next class so he couldn’t move up and he was too advanced for the infant class.

We met with Tanny and we immediately loved the school and their curriculum. There is hardly any turnover. Our oldest, our 4 year old and our baby have all had the same teachers. And it just so amazing to see each child with them. And the relationships our children have with their teachers. Clean, no smell, healthy foods, great communication between parents and team. Fun music and activities: yoga, chess, music, gardening, outdoor play time, and fun educational activities. Genuinely will love your child.

Goddard saved my son! I can’t thank the director, team, and teachers enough. We had to abruptly leave his prior daycare and they made space for him. They also saved a spot for his friend so they could transition and be together on their first day for comfort.
The first week there he transitioned very easy. How the teachers communicate with him and provide comfort; I knew we made the right choice. My son now WANTS to go to school bc of his teachers. His attitude has done a complete 180 and tantrums are non existent. You can tell everyone loves coming to work. Environment is everything especially, at this age.

We have loved our time at Goddard Craig Ranch. The staff and administration is attentive and communicate updates on time. There are so many events and activities within the curriculum and can see my child’s progress.

This was my 8th daycare visit, and by the time the tour was over I was ready to sign my son up. We registered him within an hour of leaving Goddard. Tanny had so much pride over both her facility and her staff, and her want to make the school the best it can be was very apparent. In every classroom the children all seemed so well behaved and genuinely happy. It’s going to be hard to transition him to daycare when it’s time, but I know he’s going to be safe and in excellent hands.

Best daycare ever

We recently switched to this school and we are so glad we did. The school is well run, clean, organized, and a true learning environment. Our son is really thriving and we could not be happier with his progress.

I enrolled my son at this wonderful place when he was 18 months old, and since then, he has grown and learned so much. He is doing amazing, and I am truly grateful for all the love, care, and support he has received from the teachers, administrators, and director.

So far, exceptional customer service and accommodations/respect of our unique needs! Super kind staff and reasonable leadership! Very patient people, indeed!

A great school for young kids to prepare them for grade school. One of my kids was even able to skip kindergarten based on what learned at Goddard.

Both of our kids attend Goddard at Craig Ranch and have been since they were a year to 18 months old. The staff love them as their own and do a great job of communicating with us. They do a great job of age-appropriate learning combined with a lot of fun. We have made many friends of other parents and kids through the school, and it truly is a community. Our kids will be at Goddard until they go to K5. Highly recommend!

We absolutely love The Goddard School. The staff is friendly and caring and they make a concerted effort to get to know each student and their families. We have been at The Goddard School of McKinney (Craig Ranch) for just over a year now and feel so fortunate to have found such an amazing school. The teachers and administration are the best - they truly care about the kids and put the time and effort into creating a safe, welcoming, loving and engaging space. It’s been so incredible to see our daughter, now 3 and in preschool, flourish learning so many new things - from chess to yoga to STEAM learnings like egg drops to saying and signing all her colors in English and Spanish, we know that she is developing and learning while having fun. Our son, who started 1 month ago in the infant room at 4 months old, has been so happy and is always doing fun, engaging, activities.

We have been a Goddard Craig Ranch family for a year now, and we could not be happier with our experience. Our preschool-aged son is absolutely delighted to go to "school" every day, and we love how much attention the teachers are able to give to each student. He comes home every day so excited to tell us about the new facts he learned (rain comes from the clouds!) or the learning activities he participated in. Beyond the classroom — from summer splash days to fall festivals to family tea parties — Goddard Craig Ranch makes sure that the kids have fun too. An excellent investment in our family's future!

The Goddard School in McKinney has consistently exceeded my expectations. From the director to the teaching staff, everyone is warm, professional, and dedicated.
