The team at Mastercraft has been extremely patient with my husband and I while purchasing our camper. I filled out some of the paperwork wrong and then was rear ended. Both caused delays. Joe was encouraging and helped me stay positive. Bart was determined to find us the best interest rate (very sucessful!). April is a sweet heart and kept us on track. They have been wonderful to work with and highly recommend them.

Would like to express my appreciation to MasterCraft for the quick service they provided for the recall work on my travel trailer. Most other dealers would have you wait as "paying" customers take priority. Look forward to taking my camper back for other services.

Nice outdoor display of RV's. Very friendly and helpful staff. Attentive to all customers. Very clean and welcoming inside. Many desks and seats for discussing sales. Clean bathroom. We had purchased a used RV over the internet that we will be able to pick up in a few months. We stopped by to look at it. It is being kept inside for us. It is in exactly the condition as advertised. Staff is it extremely knowledgeable of the RV business and their stock.

This is under new ownership and you can tell!! The previous owner we had a terrible buying experience but the current owner went above and beyond to get us into the RV that fit our needs. We had our RV within a few days of buying unlike with the previous owner we had to wait 2 months!! We got an amazing deal that you couldn't get anywhere else and the trade value was top of the line. You can not find this service at other RV dealers nearby, believe me we tried several! I really like the comfort I felt when looking around there was no one at my heals feeding my information pushing me to buy. I was able to browse on my own and had someone available when I had questions.

Stopped by to browse their inventory. Salesmen were not pushy at all and answered all my questions. Service department is very knowledgeable as well! I will be back for their ribbon cutting ceremony on Aug 24th.

I brought my 2010 Keystone Raptor in for a recalled transfer switch that malfunctioned. Ms. Renee got us in as quickly as possible, and from there, she became my contact person and was completely amazing!!!! I was updated at least once a day, she researched parts for me, kept me updated to our bill, spoke with our insurance assessor, and gave my husband updates as he had been out of town (he had questions I didn’t think to ask!!!) Mr. Dave was our repair technician and I feel 100% safe and comfortable with his repair work! His work was very neat and done in an incredibly timely manner!!! He went over all the repairs and even gave us some maintenance tips to help our camper last longer!! I will bring back our RV if we EVER have any other issues! I’m completely impressed with this company!!!!
