We took our travel trailer to MasterCraft for possible de-lamination on the entire back of the rig. Renee and the rest of the staff were super helpful contacting and working with the manufacturer and they were able to get all but $30 of the repair covered by the manufacturer. The service tech (sorry, I cannot remember his name) was extremely knowledgeable in diagnosing the issue and conveying to Renee what to tell the manufacturer in order to work with them to have the repair covered. They have limited bay space with which to pull a rig in to for fixing so unless it is an extreme emergency, do not expect a quick in, quick out service appointment if you have a major (or multiple) things that need to be serviced on your rig.
