These people are the nicest people and the entire world! I was traveling through Tennessee on my way back to Colorado and had a major issue with my RV and they went out of the way to fix it and be hospitable. I would travel from Colorado to Tennessee to have them work on my RV again. If you're ever in this area go see them they will take amazing care of you. Thank you again to all of you!

Excellent dealership to buy a new or used travel trailer. Very good selection. This dealer will treat you right. Prices on his campers are amazing. Wherever you may be traveling from, it will be worth the drive to same $$ on a camper. Very good and honest people that know their products. I highly recommend this dealership.

Very helpful and friendly. We were traveling from Northern Michigan to Mississippi and had furnace issues. They took the RV in right away and were professional and informative.

Mastercraft RV replied to my request on-line in just minutes and had the part needed for us to do a repair on our RV Thetford toilet. Easy, quick access off I24 by Fort Campbell KY, fast friendly service and reasonably priced. Highly recommend them to fellow RV travelers.

They had what I needed today.

We took our travel trailer to MasterCraft for possible de-lamination on the entire back of the rig. Renee and the rest of the staff were super helpful contacting and working with the manufacturer and they were able to get all but $30 of the repair covered by the manufacturer. The service tech (sorry, I cannot remember his name) was extremely knowledgeable in diagnosing the issue and conveying to Renee what to tell the manufacturer in order to work with them to have the repair covered. They have limited bay space with which to pull a rig in to for fixing so unless it is an extreme emergency, do not expect a quick in, quick out service appointment if you have a major (or multiple) things that need to be serviced on your rig. Have patience. The service department and bay areas are small, but due to word of mouth for how they focus on doing a repair correct the first time, and making sure...

Drove in, bought a toy hauler and drove out. Salesman were nice. I tried to get them to throw in the red golf cart but no luck. Only thing that was off putting was I was going to use in house financing but then sought elsewhere and the owner didnt seem to be happy about that. It all worked out though and we love our camper. We took it back for warranty work last month and it took about 3 weeks but everything was fixed properly. I would recommend Mastercraft to anyone.

I was impressed with the knowledge and experience in the service department. Their RV stock is unique as well. Salesmen listened to needs and wants and were not pushy.

Has a great RV parts selection and if they don't have it in the store they go out of their way for you to get it.

Was greeted by the staff immediately upon entering and felt very at home as began to speak with different employees. I felt as though i had known them for years. As far as the establishment it was well prepared for not only selling RV'S and accessories, but servicing a them as well. Very good experience.
