They told me today that they cancelled my warranty repair on a awing arm that was out of wack because we did not pay 187.12 for a fuse that there inexperienced employee blew when they were packing up aur trailer. The owner John was very direct when he told me that they cancelled aur repairs I already informed hartland and camping world so I can get the help I need but Mr owner we have a recording of that conversation with them employees and I'm pretty sure you have one as well please go back and watch it... The tech identified the leaking problem and fixed it. Other dealerships quoted us much higher costs, longer wait times, unnecessary work along with additional damage and boot prints from their diagnostics. Not so with Mastercraft’s RV. The job was done right. No leaks! We’re happy!

This place is great. I had an issue with my 30 footer and they found it and fixed it. Plus they seem to carry neat camping gear like log pillows. The people are super friendly and helpful. Their trailers are absolutely the coolest.when I'm ready to trade my trailer in and buy a new one, I'm coming here.

The projects were addressed and completed with 100% resolution. The owners/employees keep in contact consistently and call for approval on any deviations.
