My first visit to Martin Dental was exceptional! My hygienist was Ira and she was perfect. She was aware of my concerns and was able to make my cleaning very comfortable. Ira is a very thorough, concerned and gentle hygienist. Dr Smith was also very thorough and patient with me. He fully explained what treatment I needed and why. He also gave me several options. This is my second review of Martin Dental. I broke a tooth on Friday night. I left a message on Saturday morning and got a response on Saturday afternoon. I was asked if I was available Monday at 3:30. Yes I was. On Monday I received a text verifying my appointment. At 3:30 I was seated and by 5:00 pm I was fitted for a crown and had the temporary in place. One week later I had my crown in place. Great response to a problem with dental failure. The staff is very professional, starting at the receptionist, to the technicians to the doctor. Am so pleased with all of them. Have NEVER ever been treated so well, and with no pain. Thank you all.

I am a patient of Dr. Chapin Smith at Martin Dental and am very satisfied with the excellent patient care that he advances in concert with his outstanding professional expertise and superior clinical talent. Dr. Smith blends empirical science with perpetual understanding in alchemical harmony to the discipline of dentistry which is an art and a science; a rare talent that showcase the principal tenets of this craft in dentistry that are not always seen in a patient-care setting. Attention to detail is a vital trait in ensuring a patient's comfort and safety as Dr. Chapin is able to assess any misalignment or spacing within the very confined allowable space of observation. In my case, his perspicacious observation noted a cavity hidden under a filling that my previous provider had completely missed. The treatment was successful and completed expeditiously.

This place has excellent customer service. The ladies at the front desk are friendly and attentive. You walk in, and they know who you are because they have reviewed the client list for the day. At least, that is my take during my 1st visit. They knew the two people before me, and when I walked in, they stated my name, and I just had to sit until I was called back to the chair. I feel bad as I do not remember my dentist's name, but she was excellent! She reviewed everything with me and provided the utmost care during my cleaning.

As an adult, I never took good care of my teeth due to the fact that as a young kid, I had bad experiences with dentists and orthodontist. I couldn't stand the shots in the roof in the mouth, the drilling, cavities being filled, etc. The whole experience was dramatizing as a kid.
Thank goodness I found Dr. Brett Martin. Dr. Martin and his entire staff/team have been nothing short of amazing. I recently had upper implants, and they made me very comfortable throughout the entire process. From explaining the procedure through follow-up care. The entire staff is very knowledgeable, professional, kind, understanding.
I would highly recommend Dr Martin for all your dental needs.

For some people it’s very stressful going into a dental office but Martin Dental has been a great experience, from the reception to dental assistants to of course Dr Martin everyone is just so very kind and such professionalism my dental work has been so great!

The front office and his Dental Assistants are all very nice and helpful during the various corrective procedures I’ve gone through and maneuvering through the Insurance hassles.
I really cannot say enough about Dr. Martin! He has a very disarming, “Chair-side manner” that puts me at ease, has done a fabulous job restoring my teeth and putting a very workable plan together for me for now and the near future.
I have great confidence in his abilities and goes highly recommended!!
