I was looking for a storage unit large enough to fit my Cuddy cabin boat. I was initially told by the office clerk that they did not have any that size available. However, from the back office, Brandy called out that they may have a unit that would work at their other location, and then offered to drive over to show it to me. I met Brandy there, but quickly discovered that the height of the door on that unit would not work. Brandy then asked fir my business card and said that if a unit that is large enough would become available, she would call me. A couple of days later, I received a call from Brandy to say a unit large enough for an RV just became available. After describing the measurements of the unit, etc., and me telling her I was currently out of town, Brandy asked if I would be interested in putting a refundable down payment on the unit until I get back in town when I would be able to take a look at it. I did just that and went to look at the unit when I was back in town. While looking at the unit, I noticed that there was not an outlet in that unit. That’s when Brandy said that they just received word that another RV sized unit was going to become available at the end of the month. Brandy proceeded to show me that unit, which hads an outlet, and then said she would be happy to transfer my down payment onto that unit when it became available and call me at that time. Brandy provided exceptional customer service!
